I have applied for the rent property from Yorkshire Housing over a week ago. Today I have received a phone call from them! I have never had anyone being so rude to me over the phone in my life for simply trying to be helpful!! Very poor on you treating vulnerable people like this!

YH are great at looking after the property. I never have any problems reporting a repair or getting anything done. The attending workers are always polite and efficient. I’m very pleased and lucky that I live in a Yorkshire Housing property.

Can someone contact me from the new housing team as I’m not getting anywhere with cowboys vistry. You’d expect spending 330k on a house everything would be done to a good standard..not the case. Also don’t want to fix things

FacebookAbsolute disgrace of a company. Contaminated water meaning our house is inhabitable but has still taken 30 hours+ (still waiting now) for someone to come out despite it being an “emergency” and Mohammed providing assurance that someone would be coming out today to sort it. A tenant who has resided in your property for 22 years and paid FULL rent. Absolute no loyalties or consideration for this being a MAJOR health hazard!!

FacebookShocking lack of duty of care to private home owners. Whenever I’ve had to ring/complain about nearby tenants it’s always been “here send them out a diary to fill in” and nothing ever gets done about it. An absolute joke and a disgrace to the hard working people that have to live in close proximity to the minority who fill their homes on new build estates.

Useless customer service. Would not recommend to anyone renting or buying using these guys. They buy cheap nasty homes and are no good at helping you out at all. Stay well clear.

Happy to put your rent up by £80 each year but don’t deal with any complaints. Don’t check tenants for affordable housing homes which are supposed to meet certain criteria and just put anyone in them. Then won’t help with anti social behaviour.

Clear disregard for the health and safety of their tenants if you consider the facts. ... a main entry security door was broken for over 9 weeks allowing vagrants to move into the building 'squatting' right outside our unit, smoking, various paraphernalia, propping open fire doors, flamible debris dumped, we are on top floor.... !!!! they also willingly allow free rein for the general public shoppers revellers etc to park where I pay the service charge, we reported the suspicious activity (appears to be drug dealling), they've done nothing about this problem for 3 years.... they allowed someone to abandon a vehicle dumped outside in our car parking for over 18 months ...... yet still demand a full service charge every year ..... absolute disgrace.... cannot wait to move away ps and in me doing that will not solve the total disregard attitude they have toward tenants ..... you see...
