FacebookSimple don’t want to help anyone full stop can’t bid on a property anymore basically email them on a property and be ready to be ignored even though your needs were probably higher than the family they have the house to. THEY DO NOT CARE ITS THAT SIMPLE.

Facebookstart vetting tenants properly before you allow them to move and if you get any complaints or hassle from the new tenants whilst they are on there probationary tenancy evict them straight away not 19 months later when they are putting other tenants are high risk

Facebookrepairs take months... heating is crap (storage heaters) theres no compassion for tenants it's all about the money! My house is freezing with 2 kids in it and the refuse to update my heating even though its costing the earth, crap insulation and a dodgy roof! awesome!
