GoogleRight let have looked after my property for the last 4 years. Overall, I have had a fantastic experience with them. Whenever I have had any issues with my property, they have been resolved quickly and efficiently. The team are friendly and helpful and are easy to contact.

He assisted completing the application process and I was able to secure the perfect property fast and efficiently thanks to him. Maani provided great communication over the phone too. Highly recommended!

GoogleI had a great experience with Tom from Right Let Leeds. He dealt with my new tenancy and helped me with some complications within my tenancy- regarding viewings and transferring a contract over. He was very quick with communication and super reliable. Couldn't appreciate his help more, absolute star. Olly has also been very helpful in regards to retrieving my deposit back, really appreciate it!!

GoogleI had a property in Cookridge that Maani and the guys rented out in no time. The tenants they found were clean and respectful to the property. I never had any issue with getting paid. I would always recommend Right Let to anyone who asks

GoogleMy partner and I are currently looking for a property and went for a viewing with Right Let. The agent we spoke to was friendly, courteous and professional. While we were unsuccessful in our application, I couldn't fault the service of the letting agency who were very prompt in their responses to emails and getting the application underway. I received an email letting me know our application wasn't successful, and the agent who showed us around the property phoned me personally shortly after to apologise and answer any questions we had. I really appreciated the personal touch, and will continue to be checking Right Let for properties, as I was happy with the service provided.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleHad one of the worst experiences renting a student room with them, please avoid at all cost I moved into a room relatively had broken wardrobe with big mirrors threatening to fall on me, it took them ages at replace it One of the toilets was broken for most of the year stinking up the ground floor and basement If that wasn't bad enough they never protected my deposit throughout the year, tried to assure me they had when I received emails from the protection agency that informed otherwise They threatened numerous times to get a court order for "slander" and I had to send them a letter before action to get my full deposit back We definitely didn't leave the place in the tidiest state but they overcharged us and a lot of other students as we later found out AVOID

The flat was really great and nicely done, and when I requested a desk be put it so I could study, they were very accommodating. Out of office hours they were very responsive to emails - would always respond that same evening which was great! Would really recommend. Googleabsolutely awful letting agency, have received close to zero communication, lost contracts, tried to increase bill prices despite signing a contract MONTHS ago, sent the wrong payment plan and consistently spoken down to as we are student. lost count of how many emails and phone calls have been sent to resolve issues and the amount of stress caused is despicable.

GoogleRecently moved over several properties to Right Let from other estate agents in the area. Fantastic service throughout transition making it seamless, would highly recommend. We look forward to bringing on more managed properties with Ross and Maani in the future.

GoogleI understand the letting company is not solely to blame, but its important students know this company will find any way to charge you. Maintenance issues would take weeks to be solved, with problems such as leaks and mould. We ended up being charged £450 of our deposits for ‘cleaning’ even though the ‘cleaning’ was slight amounts of dust and mould (which we reported weeks in advance anyway) The landlord left debris in the garden which we were charged for. The 24 hour number for emergencies never answered, and was pretty much useless. The property was dirty when we moved in and pretty much spotless when we moved out (which their inventory even admitted!) but we still got charged a ridiculous amount for ‘dust.’ £450 for moving a spot of dust and debris that our landlord left? No way. Enjoy seeing our plethora of evidence disputing the charges.

GoogleDishonest and untrustworthy . They promise a lot of things before moving in . Never get things done at time . I would never use this letting agency again, they are a complete joke. Avoid . Disappointing.
