GoogleMe and my partner have just begun renting with Right Let Leeds and we are really happy with them. We were given multiple viewings of the property, and were able to meet the landlord which helped us secure the property. The correspondence we received was fantastic, particularly from Tom. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and enabled the application process to run very smoothly. If we had any questions he would get straight back to us and figure things out. RLL use Canopy too, a great service that sped up the application process even further. It has taken just over a week from the initial viewing to key collection. That’s really impressive and has taken a huge stress off us both. Would highly recommend!

However, in this instance, I believe your review and dissatisfaction has been aimed at the wrong party. Right Let Leeds only act as the marketing agent for the landlord. All maintenance and dealings once you move into the property is with the landlord directly.
I also understand that after moving into the office, our team have been very supportive and efficient in conducting the new paperwork and passing the bills package onto the new tenant. I am therefore slightly confused about where your frustration has come from.
We have tried calling you this morning but couldn't get through to you. We would appreciate it if you could contact our office should you require any further assistance.
