GoogleExcellent service. Rented a property with them for a year and had all issues sorted quickly. There were no problems getting our deposits back and the staff at the company are all extremely friendly. Maani was fantastic in answering all my queries and I'd recommend Right Let Leeds to anyone looking to rent a property in Leeds.

Google-I was told the fee was £100 but charged £120 because wasn't told about the tax. -I inherited the contract of the stranger from spareroom. The agency even didn't take me to the viewing but anyway I had to pay the fee - I know it's not their fault but can I feel bad? -I even did not get a printed contract when I signed. I had to email them two times to get a COMPUTER FILE CONTRACT.
Hi Seung Hyun Lee. Unfortunately when there is a tenancy swap at the request of the tenant, we have to arrange new paperwork, re-register the deposit and reference the new tenant. As you can appreciate, this is a lengthy procedure and there is a cost involved with this. We acted very efficiently and promptly to help your group resolve the issue with the leaving tenant. We also did the fee for you at half price. I believe your rating is rather harsh with the amount of help and effort we went to for your group. You are welcome to pick up a hard copy of the contract at any point from the office. Thanks. Right Let Leeds

GoogleIf you're the tenant looking for a helpful and reliable estate agent avoid right let Leeds. They even have an awesome maintenance website set up to make you feel safe that anything you need fixing will be solved. I reported a broken bath, a jammed window, filthy living conditions, and more and never was sent any maintenance support. I even had money taken from my deposit because of the state of the flat before I even arrived. If you want someone decent try private landlords through openrent, or even hop. Lol not to mention that the landlord was allowed to come and stand in our communal corridors whenever he liked because their explanation was 'it's his property' thanks for the lack of safeguarding to your tenants.

GoogleThey have a property for sale at the moment, and I'm struggling to get replies to my email enquiries about it. I'm constantly having to chase. If I was the vendor of this property and had someone interested in buying, I would be seriously cheesed off that would-be buyers are not getting responses to their enquiries, and that I'm potentially missing out on a sale as a direct result.

GoogleRight Let Leeds has to be one of the most understanding, helpful and efficient letting agents I have come across. When I first moved into my property and a couple of bits needed sorting, they were so efficient and clear with communication and got it sorted so quickly, even on a Saturday! The staff are always really friendly and helpful and so are the contractors they use. At the moment while I am in the process of sorting out vacating my property, they have been so helpful and aided in keeping clear communication with the landlord during this difficult time. I recommend very very highly!

GoogleRight Let Leeds have an excellent team working for them, always very friendly and helpful. They have found us numerous good quality suitable tenants for the properties we own. We have now often used trades people recommended by Right Let and they have helped us out when boilers have broken at difficult times. We will continue to use their services and would recommend them to other landlords.

GoogleOne of the worst agents I have ever been. First time they cancelled the viewing but did not inform me and I ended up showing myself to the property and called them they said its postponed for next week cuz they were unable get access to the property. then comes the next week, they sent a reminder a day before to be ready for the viewing and on the viewing day they sent another message “tenant has decided to stay, so this property is not available anymore”. Pathetically managed company.

GoogleRidiculously awful landlord and letting agent. Charged £1400 of the deposit for untrue claims which we have evidence to prove against. Full year with a broken oven and call outs without warning, including a painter who arrived in our kitchen unannounced at 8am on a Saturday.
Thank you for leaving us a review. We are sorry to hear that you have been dissatisfied with the service provided by Right Let Leeds and please know we take all reviews and feedback seriously. As you can appreciate, Right Let Leeds act as the mediator between the landlord and tenant when it comes to deposit disputes. Your deposit has been registered with a Government deposit scheme so should you not agree with any of the charges the landlord has made, you have the right to challenge this as you wish. When vacating the property, the landlord also conducts a full check out report showing you exactly how the property was left. This includes all the damages, cleaning and personal items that were left in the property. The full report would have also been emailed over to you. If you feel these charges are unjustified, please feel free to seek your own independent legal advice and I recommend you reject the claim and allow the DPS to deal with this. The landlord feels completely let down with the way the property was returned and has all the pictures, evidence, videos and receipts should you require any further evidence. GoogleI’ve had the pleasure of being with Right-Let Leeds since March ‘18 and all I can do based on that time is sing their praises Attentive, friendly, conscientious - every interaction and encounter I’ve had with them during this time always felt very personable rather than dealing with squares or jobsworths - they truly do care about the tenant Enduring a lockdown I honestly don’t think I’d have got thru it if it weren’t for their patience and understanding around issues that that time brought up Would recommend them highly every day of the week Such a top set of approachable people Landlords and letting agents can get a bad wrap n I can easily see why, but when it goes the other way then they should also get given their flowers Right Let Leeds are a top top letting agent and the very best Ive been with

GoogleNot trust worthy when it come to their words , he confirmed property at 5:30 pm to pay deposit until next morning 9:00 am and sent email before 6:am to cancel the property without any proper justification this is worst experience , when some one can’t keep their words , very Rude while talking , never sent any paper to be completed and arguing that I never completed any paper work. Very upset from their behavior . Just can’t recommend any one to deal with them . Will sure do more to make sure they apologize for their actions and rude behavior.

GoogleAwful completely incompetent letting agency. Pretty sure most of the 5 star reviews on here are fake. From my experience, they were really unprofessional and lazy when it came to doing an inventory on the property both for check in and check out. They don’t use a third party or produce a proper inventory report. Just a quick dash around the property with someone filming on their phone stating that everywhere was “spotless” when upon entering the property it clearly wasn’t. I had to produce a full inventory report myself including photos which turned out to help us later on down the line when disputing our deposit return. Poor communication between the letting agency and landlord when it came to maintenance issues. If we ever reported an issue, the only response we got was ‘this has been passed onto your landlord’ when in some cases our landlord had no idea of the issue and hadn’t been told anything about it! Took 5 months for us to get our full deposit back as we had to dispute it through the DPS. Probably the worst letting agency I’ve rented with. Avoid.
