He made everything so easy for us and gave us the best service by far that we have received through any letting agency. He is very friendly and polite and was a pleasure to deal with. GoogleKay and Jane were fantastic support during my moving home and really helped keep everything pushing forward and avoided unnecessary delays. I requested regular access to the house I was buying ahead of exchange for surveys and trades quotes and the Crossgates office was incredibly helpful every time. Really impressed with Reeds Rains, best estate agent experience I have ever had in 30 years.

GoogleAll I can say is Wow!!!!!!! This was a very protracted and difficult corporate purchase. Kay Lock worked tirelessly to keep everything on track. She has a very professional but sunny approach and never showed any signs that she was under pressure. Communication to me is key. She answered, called back if unavailable by phone and responded to emails in a very timely fashion. This Lady is areal credit to your branch!!!!! Well done Kay...

GoogleReeds Rains helped me in the purchase of a local bungalow which had complicated sales issues. Everything was handled friendly, professionally and most importantly personably. The team are always good at Cross Gates and I always use them to sell my properties, but on this occasion just happened to be the reverse; allowing me to see the other side of property exchanges. In particular, Jane and Samantha...top negotiators and the best team in the locality!

GoogleUsed Simon as my mortgage advisor for my first mortgage and all I can say is that I’m so glad I did! Being my first time going through the process he was great with explaining everything in depth and ensuring I fully understood throughout. He was always happy to answer any questions I had as soon as he was able to and even if he didn’t know the answer straightaway he made sure to find it out for me and get back to me ASAP. An all round professional and friendly guy who I can’t recommend enough👏🏼

GoogleClaire had amazing local knowledge of the market and put Mum at ease with the idea of moving. The sale was then managed by Jane who was extremely supportive and proactive. A professional, personable and caring set of staff who supported us from the very beginning to the end and helped with all aspects of the sale, the purchase and the move. Endlessly patient and always available at the end of a phone call for any queries we raised. Would highly recommend.
