Ellie at the Reeds Rains branch in Crossgates was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole sale process, always maintaining strong communication between ourselves, the buyers and the solicitors. She chased up what needed to be dealt with quickly without needing any prompting and made sure everything went through as smoothly and as quickly as possible! Helen at the crossgates branch has been fantastic managing our house sale.( We used another agent who were a nightmare never replied to our messages and arranged viewings without liaising with us first) helen always answered our questions, and helped with every step she even came out to the house on her Saturday off to do the valuation.
