My experience with Preston Baker has been a first class one. The communication, support and advice has always been very professional. I have had experience with both sales and rental of property both were outstanding. A special mention must go to Cathy, she was absolutely brilliant with her advice and attention to detail. Definitely a personal touch making the process feel easy

YellExpensive charges for poor service
Preston Baker offer little value for money. Charging £200+ and keep me up to date of what is happening with my impending rental that is already 6 weeks overdue. They don't call me back or do anything in a quick manner - apart from when it came to taking my money. Complaining gets me loads of apologies and little more - all talk, no action. Avoid.
