Superb service from Rachel throughout our sale and purchase. A few hurdles to clear and always kept well updated and things progressed smoothly as a result of Rachel's tenacity. Delighted to be in our dream house! Thanks so much. I previously tried to sell with a fixed price, online only estate agent and ended up taking the house off the market as it was a disaster. Lesson learned!

Having previously used an excellent independent agency to oversee our property we were skeptical about using a large company to continue the work. Anyway we gave them a chance to prove themselves and are glad we did. They (everyone single person we have dealt with) have exceeded our expectations. From dealing with minor issues to finding new tenants the staff excel in everything. Nothing is a problem to them and everything is dealt with speedily and reliably.

GoogleI have been on the market with 2 other agents before Preston Baker and they both yielded in zero viewings and hardly any communication for weeks. However, as soon as I put the house on the market with Preston Baker I had a couple of viewings every week, I even had a viewing on new Years Day. I would recommend Preston Baker to anyone that wants to sell or buy a property, the staff are very helpful and friendly and best of all they keep you informed regularly.

Within 10 days we had final offers in place and completion was finished off with our solicitors. the prices achieved were excellent and at the very top end of what I wanted to sell for
