I have used Preston Baker to sell three of my houses and each time they have compiled an open day launch with a good list of attendees whom a number of placed offers on each of the houses. Within 10 days we had final offers in place and completion was finished off with our solicitors. the prices achieved were excellent and at the very top end of what I wanted to sell for

They made selling our house so easy. Because of their local knowledge they were able to contact potential buyers within a day of us deciding to sell, one viewing was all it took to get us a buyer and the top asking price.

Have had the pleasure of dealing with Rachel and Naomi for both the sale of my existing property and purchase of new one. Great comms throughout the process and always easily contactable for updates. Slightly higher fees than others in the area but the interest they generate for the sale and complete management of everything throughout the viewings process pays for itself. Highly recommended

We had Prestons out initially and actually marketed our property with another Leeds agent who gave us a higher valuation. After sticking on the market for 9 months and receiving terrible service we went back to Preston Baker and sold within 3 weeks at the price that they had initially recommended! We received fantastic service throughout the process and I would recommend to anyone. We wish we had gone with them in the first place!
