Called to arrange a viewing - we agreed on a date and time. The lady was going to check with the seller and then get back in contact with me. I chased via email and had no contact. The arranged day has now been and gone and have had no contact. Not impressed.

We had a great experience selling our house with Preston Baker. From the initial valuation, where the whole process was explained and through to the brilliant photos taken pre launch when Elle took over as our Client service manager.She was really supportive throughout the whole process, from leading the property launch, keeping us informed all the way, and answering any questions I had. She also made sure she was up to date with the whole chain's activities and chased people up when needed. She provided a great service all the way through.

We are currently buying and selling with Preston Baker and have had a really positive experience. After finding a house we loved, we needed to get our house sold quickly and Preston Baker have been so helpful and organised in getting our house sold. The launch events are a great way of getting the maximum number of people through the door. Naomi and Rachel have both been brilliant and kept us fully informed through the whole process. The team at Preston Baker are the best! I was a very nervous seller after being stung once before when trying to sell my house. The team from day one at valuation have been personable, friendly and most importantly for me, happy to answer my many questions. I never believed my house would sell and couldn't believe it once we received an offer only 2 days after veiwing. The unique approach used for veiwings is perfect for anybody that works from home. I would recommend both the Preston Baker estate agency team and the mortgage advisory service to everybody and I know if I ever need to sell a house again, they will be the first call!

We were dealing with the estate for a deceased relative, this made the sale difficult with regards to probate etc, however during that period Preston Baker were excellent throughout as we were only in a position to complete on selling the property for the third time due to the 8 month probate period .

Unreliable and Untrustworthy

Unreliable, untrustworthy, greedy and unrepentant. We had already lost a house that an offer had been accepted on via Preston Baker, although this often happens, the way in which it occurred we put down to the unprofessional attitude of the agent. We found a second house that an offer was accepted on and was assured that the vender wasn't as unpredictable as the first. Unfortunately after the sale was agreed the vendor failed to find another property. We were left waiting .... and waiting ..... and waiting. Our guess was that the vendor was waiting for us to pull out so that the property could be put back on the market for a higher price (enough time had passed for a significant rise in the value of the house). What we didn't expect was for Preston Baker to re-represent the vendor and the sale at a higher price after having already agreed a sale with us. We are aware that the market can be cruel and unforgiving. But we expected the agent to have some integrity. We lost a substantial amount of time and money because Preston Baker after having agreed a sale went back on their word and were only too happy to represent a misleading vendor and sale. Locating a new home can be an extremely stressful experience. It's vital that you can work with people you trust.

Would not recommend!!!!

Would not recommend!Had a valuation done with these people to sell my mothers house. They rang me last year to see if we'd sold the property as they were still interested in selling it. We SOLD it 9 years ago!!!!!! She's been dead years! This is how upto date their database is!!!!!Recently I emailed them for property details as it wasn't on their website. I'm still waiting a reply!!!!
