I can't rate them enough. Best think i ever did was using their services, as a first time buyer and completely clueless i was scared of starting all the process,i was thinking that i needed to know things that i had no idea about, this is when this company changed everything and made everything easy, always there to help and answer questions, always ready to chase solicitors or anyone, always friendly and professional. I dealt most of the times with Heidi and what can i say, shes fantastic and so so helpful,when she was off there was Lindsey, always replying right away letting me know she would be taking over untill Heidi's return.Thank Preston Baker

I have recently agreed a sale and used Preston Baker to market the property. The service has been excellent throughout. Rachel Lansdell took twice the time to look round our property, make observations and ask questions as compared to another agents. The photographs and video were fantastic and really showed our house to its best. Communication and strategy have also been superb. Highly recommend.

Found a property online through Preston Baker looking for a short-term lease as we are in the process of renovating a property. First part of setting up the tenancy was fine then we got passed over to another member of staff. After the holding fee was payed I couldn’t get them on the phone for over one week as they refused to answer,in the process of me trying to organise documents and call them and getting ignored, the phone I was receiving emails asking for documentation as it was late when finally got through to them the stuff was rude argumentative abrupt unprofessional. I can only describe the letting agent as looking for an argument. I honestly cannot believe this is an actual business this letting agents are no better than Cowboys. AVOID AT ALL COST

Such lovely people they can’t do enough for you, pictures they take are outstanding and they always keep you up to date and explain things very clearly, estate agents fees are all about the same except with Preston baker you do get your money’s worth and more certainly no complaints from me

Shambolic service. I would give 0 stars if I could. Completely incompetent staff who made a cock up with every single communication we had with them when trying to buy a property. Totally useless, dishonest. We had to ring up to find out what had happened to our offer. Really poor and unreliable communication in what is already a difficult and stressful thing to have to do. How are these people running an estate agency business as they cannot be trusted when making the biggest purchase of your life. Avoid like the plague unless you want to be mugged off.

I used P&B to go through a remortgage and I can't speak highly enough of Lindsey and Brad - between them they were always there to answer my needy demands and guide me through the process in way that suits someone who doesn't really have a clue.. very knowledgeable, supportive, relatable and professional. We hit a few hiccups as expected in this type of activity but their resilience and urgency to resolve was second to none. Thanks guys!

Have been working with Tony over the last couple of weeks and he has absolutely gone above and beyond for me and all the extra miles possible in helping me source a property for my investment portfolio. Tony has a great eye for detail and helps massively by taking the time to break down pros and cons of each property and has even gone out of his way to view a property on my behalf when I wasn't able to make it. You can tell he definitely knows his stuff and is very well versed in the Leeds area. Wish there were more people like Tony in the property industry. Highly recommend!
