Louis has managed my properties for two years and has been a pleasure to work with. Louis is professional, quick to resolve any matters and consistently fantastic. I have adhd and can be a real scatter brain, he has supported me fully, been really patient and I can’t recommend him enough. He has just the right balance of showing his fun personality to getting things done, and always chasing things up for me. What an absolute star! Manning Stainton and in particular Debbie did a fantastic job supporting the sale of our property. They were very well organised and professional from the outset and turned around the first set of viewing very quickly gaining us 6 offers on the first weekend. It was not the most straight forward sale and twice we had prospective buyers drop out at the last minute. Debbie managed this change expertly and lined up new buyers within a matter of days. With each of our three prospective buyers Debbie chased all parties to keep the process moving as quickly as possible and kept us updated very regularly. Having this level of communication certainly made the whole process of moving house much easier.. Thanks MS and particularly Debbie, you're a star!

Quite a tricky sale of my house with the chain breaking twice due to buyers pulling out. Kyle was good at keeping me up to date with only occasional prods required from my side. Towards the end he did an excellent job of chasing the buyer's solicitors and trying to get updates with regards to exchange and completion dates. Overall very happy with the service I received.

Rented a property for over 18 months. They completed house repairs in a timely manner. There was a dispute when I left but a manager was able to resolve it.

Went to view a property, then spoke to them to make an offer they said we would send a email so I could email them an offer heard nothing no email nothing in spam. Day later spoke to them again and again they said they would send me a email so I can reply with an offer and again nothing. The management at the pudsey (Leeds) office need to be checked out something seriously not right about this place.
