Absolutely disgusting customer service. Rang to confirm in the morning that I would definitely be there, as I was 5 mins late to property, they had already left. And when I rang them back they said because I was 5 mins late that they had already gone. They did not text or ring to see if I was on my way, horrible tone and a waste of time. What is the point of confirming a viewing if you are going to just leave? Lady on the phone not worth talking to.

GoogleWe are buying our first house and Valentin showed us the property we fell in love with. He has been great so far, even arranging extra viewings so we could show our family. He is always contactable - even on his days off. Our purchase isn't yet complete but Valentin has been great to work with so far and I have no doubt that this will continue.

She listened to you and answered all your concerns and nothing was not answered and her replies were clear. I feel her voicemail says she works Wednesday and Thursday 9-3 but she’s rung me on out of what I think are out of her office hours! Thank you and with Debbie we were able to compromise and agree on our date!

We have just sold our house after 25yrs , found a flat 5 mins walk from our old house , we lost this property twice due to cash buyers coming along as ours wasn’t sold , at the time this all seemed really stressful, Deborah was an absolute star throughout the whole process, I might add even when we were not happy with things she just got on with it and assured us everything would work out in the end and it did , the whole process took 12 weeks from our offer being accepted finally , I would recommend Mannings at pudsey to anyone wanting to sell , and the solicitors they recommend were just as good and definitely on the ball

We asked Manning Stainton to sell my partner’s house, so we could buy another property together jointly. From the start they were efficient and professional and found a buyer from our property really quickly. They were also really helpful in finding us another property nearby which ticked all our boxes. Amy from the sales team was particularly helpful in sorting all our viewings etc. whilst John facilitated the sale of my partner’s property and provided a great service. Everything has been as hassle free as possible.

Our Agent was there to greet us on time, was very pleasant and helpful as I brought my 2 children. She answered any questions i had and pointed me in the right direction to find out more. I was shown storage areas of the property and any main features but left to view the property at my own leisure.

Having used several sub-standard lettings agencies before it was great to find one who are personable, helpful, efficient and straight talking. We had a bit of work to sort on the property and Joe Thornton, Evie Longley and Julie Ann Stokoe have been amazing in getting it done and finding suitable tenants. They are very good at solving problems, providing regular updates, responding quickly to queries and nothing is too much trouble. Manning Stainton are highly recommended if you have a property to let in Leeds.
