Fantastic service, so helpful and supportive throughout the whole sale process. Charlotte was a standout superstar who was always available and on-hand to offer reassurance, advice and guidance and she made the process from start until finish run as smoothly as possible. The team at the branch are very friendly and knowledgeable. The sales pack was put together very quickly and professionally and our house was sold after only a few viewings in a very challenging market.

Picked the keys up to my new flat a few days ago. Was a really easy process from start to finish. Found the property on Rightmove and contacted Manning Stainton. Filled out an application form they sent across for the viewing. The person conducting the viewing was on time and gave me information where possible and instructed me who to contact for the info she didn't know. Thomas Clough was great after the viewing and contacted me by phone to complete each of the next stages once I agreed to proceed with the application. Turn around was under a week from the initial viewing. Very happy with the service.

Excellent experience when engaging with Manning Stainton to rent out our property in LS12 - first with Joe who was spot on, efficient, knowledgeable of the market and a pleasure to deal with. Than Lillian with her attention to detail and chasing us for all relevant paperwork, responding quickly to any questions and explaining everything in a clear manner. We have been so grateful for the prompt responses and professionalism that we have received from Charlotte Murrie at Manning during our first purchase. From the start she has gone above and beyond in liaising with the associated solicitors, our broker and the seller to ensure that the file kept moving on despite a few obstacles until our desired settlement date, which we definitely wouldn’t have made had it not been for Charlotte’s efforts.
