Living in Scotland the English system of property sale was not without its frustrations. Zaini kept us regularly updated and in contact with the purchaser once the initial sale negotiation had been carried out by Lauren ( the buyer having been identified within a few weeks of tge house going on the market)

TrustpilotManning Stainton Estate Agents - Zaini Miraj
I recently bought my first property with manning stainton and from start to finish the whole process was dealt with incredibly well. Zaini was assigned as the move manager for my case and I could not have asked for anyone better! She was friendly, professional and kept me in the loop at all time. Buying a house can be so stressful but Zaini put me at ease the whole way through and couldn’t have been more helpful. Even during the stressful times she was supportive with ironing out issues and I just want to say a huge thank you to her for all of her efforts and her consistent contact.

Great service from Manning Stainton in Horsforth. I had 4 agents round to value the property and almost cancelled this one as it was the last but I’m so glad I didn’t. Sarah, the valuer and branch manager was professional, positive and in a different league to the other agents. Macey McCormack was a breath of fresh air and so enthusiastic about the house and agreed a sale after 6 days and 39 viewings. Lesley Alexander then progressed the sale and kept me informed with regular updates. The whole transaction went smoothly and without a hitch. Thank you to the entire team at Manning Stainton.

TrustpilotCharlotte Poutney, Move manager
Charlotte Poutney at Manning Stainton's head office was my move manager. She was excellent, friendly, calm and helpful to a fault. For various reasons it was not the easiest circumstances with regard to the move but Charlotte was always on top of matters and took much heat out of what was, at times, a difficult situation. I very much appreciated her professional input and would have no hesitation in recommending her to deal with a move.
