We can’t thank Aimee enough for the support she gave us throughout our entire sale and purchase. She kept us regularly updated, was always approachable, and truly went above and beyond. Aimee took it upon herself to call everyone involved in both the sale and the purchase regularly something she didn’t have to do, just to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible.

Joeanne is a first class sale manager, from start to finish. She was always at the other end of the phone. She would always get back to you straight away either by email or phone. We recently used Manning Stainton to purchase our home. We had a great experience with them. Lauren M kept us up to date throughout the whole process. Lauren did all the chasing with our solicitors and provided us with a weekly update which was very helpful. We would definitely using Manning Stainton to sell our house in the future.

I used Manning Stainton in 2022 for the sale of a property which went well so I decided to use them an for the sale of a flat I owned. Jodie was very friendly and knowledgeable but the initial photographs were poor and in one case the photograph of the car parking space wasn't even my space. The wording for the advert was terrible grammatically and the spelling was incorrect in some cases. I found phone calls from the move managers annoying sometimes especially when I was being asked to chase my solicitors as I would have thought this was something they would do.

We have been really pleased with the service we have received so far from Manning Stainton in particular, that from Jacob Onyando. Jacob has been incredibly proactive in providing updates, so much so we have never felt the need to call as we knew Jacob would be in touch. Our house sold within a week for more than the asking price and is progressing well due to Jacobs proactivness. We are very grateful to the service Jacob has provided to us.

I am Mr.Ho Tai Yeung who is the first buyer of 28 Birch Crescent LS15 7SU.I pulled out the offer mainly because the sale takes too long.First ,the branch staff Joanne Williams and Natalie Adkins is quite good and keep informing me of the progress and do take good balance of interest between sellers and buyers ,this is a point to credit.However,the sale is really too slow.My offer is accepted in Dec 2022 and the sellers solicitors have ZERO response and progress,until FEB i was informed the sellers passed away.No legal pack or even courtesy email was sent to my solicitors and is unprofessional.This property is a empty,no chain,no tenant inside and i am a cash buyer.For this nature of sales,it usually takes within 3 months to complete.The another properties that i buy from Your Move James Baratt (also a probate property)only takes 1.5 months to complete and properties of similar background completes within 4 months,what a great contrast.Even on the website they also boasted most of their sale complete within 12 weeks.I am unhappy they cant grasp the timing to complete before the sellers passed away.Another point is that even after the probate was granted in mid July 2023.The sellers solicitors didnt send any document and Manning Stainton make up quite a lot of excuse eg.client letter not prepared yet and i feel Manning Stainton is not ambitious in helping both side to complete the sale smoothly .It does not only waste my time but also waste seller's money in paying for bills for a property that is extra for them.Having no progress at all,i have no choice but to pull out.More than that,I found out this agent is not good at marketing.I only know the boilers is 2 years old and the sellers have been in loved with the house for 35 years after viewing.However,they should have listed out this point on the market to attract more potential buyers.However ,they didnt and this may miss a lot of potential buyers.Now i seen the property is SSTC again and i wished the sellers can complete the sale smoothly this time.editted: I do appreciate the customer service of Joanne and Natalie but the sale should have proceed quicker as similar probate sales from your move only takes 1.5 months but yours take more than 9 months and sellers solicitors recommended by ms do nothing at allwhich let me down.

Bel and Jack made selling my property stress free!! Really quick sale, couple of weeks from going on Rightmove to being sold! Both provided a great service,. from regular updates to negotiating the sale. Offered help whenever it was needed even with scanning documents etc, couldn't have asked for a better service, both a pleasure to deal with. Thanks also to Matthew that did the initial groundwork! Would highly recommend.

What an amazing service from start to finish. Lauren Horne from the start helped us with securing the sale of our property. Nothing was too much for her and always at the end of the phone when I needed her. Charlotte Poutney our move manager was fantastic, every step of the way she made this a seamless process, noting was too much for her. The communication between us and our buyers was brilliant thanks to Charlotte, She was on the ball and always updating us. The sale was completed in 9 weeks and we believe it was down to Charlotte's help and support that this was possible. Both Ladies such a credit to the company.

We just bought our first house listed by Manning Stainton and we had an unbelievably smooth experience. This was hugely down to Charlotte who helped us every step of the way. She was incredibly friendly and quick to respond to all our weird and wonderful questions. Charlotte acted as the perfect middle point between us and our buyers and I know this massively helped with our purchase progressing so quickly. We can't thank Charlotte and Manning Stainton enough for making what is supposed to be a stressful experience, an utter breeze!

We contacted on Friday to arrange a viewing for a property, viewing arranged for Saturday with ease, Monday morning came and we spoke to Deborah tooley to apply for said property. Excellent communication, combined with a great response time meant we could work together on referencing checks, and have an agreement in place on Wednesday! All round great service and fastest turnaround time for a tenancy in my experience thanks again Deborah :)

We met Annabel at the property she was bang on time, all smiles and clearly very approachable . We were told to remove our shoes prior to viewing and we were given the guided tour. Annabel was quick to establish our position (first tine buyers / current situation) which you would expect. As we went through the rooms we were treated to ideas we could do ideas on what she would do . She was very knowledgeable on the property and the areas she knew the back story ahd the history. We never felt rushed or hurried Annabel is not without a bit of humour where appropriate and made the viewing an overall pleasant experiece. Karly has been absolutely amazing. Her communication was brilliant and she always kept me in the light about every step of the viewing and offer process. The selling of my house is not under the best of circumstances but Karly made me feel safe in the knowledge that everything possible was being done and she made it clear that nothing was too silly or difficult for her to manage.
