GoogleWe've just used Manning Stainton to sell our house. There are so many different companies to choose from but I'm really pleased we chose this one. Their pricing was clear & the service was excellent! Whether it was Sarah & her team in branch, or Lesley from the Move team - staff were easy to get hold of, very friendly & efficient, and able to give us very good advice to help the sale go through. We would definitely recommend.

The team at Manning Stainton have been brilliant throughout the whole journey/process. Communication has been on point. They have kept us constantly updated, very efficient and helpful. James was our dedicated handler and I couldn’t fault him at all. When he was on leave the rest of the team made sure they picked up any information and passed it on straight away. That was nice! Great customer service. Big shout out to Charlotte P. in the Headingly branch. The only disappointment is what Manning Stainton (not Charlotte) recommend for the convenance legal firm: Levi Solicitors. Not very nice legal firm. It seems full of self-entitled professionals which have no patience with the plebs like us. If you choose other solicitors, Manning Stainton and Charlotte are great. Highly recommended.

I was selling my late father's home and decided on Manning Stainton to sell the property and this was by far the best decision. Sarah was very professional and all staff kept me informed plus there was the use of the app. However this company and should l say, Lesley Alexander in particular from the move team was fantastic. What should have been a relatively straightforward sale, turned into a 7 month very long winded affair, but Lesley never failed to keep pushing to get us through the finish line. She was professional, extremely hard working, very dedicated to her job but sensitive to her clients and at times a counsellor. Whatever Lesley gets paid it's not enough.

Me and my partner have recently let a house with the South Leeds branch and what a easy experience we had all the staff we spoke to were polite and friendly to speak to but a staff member in particular was a lady called Deborah Tooley she was super helpful and answered every single question I asked and got back to me quickly making the process as smooth as possible and eased any anxiety I had about the move. A huge thank you to Deborah and the team I would definitely go through any moves with them again !

I have been so stressed these past weeks looking for a place, as needed to be out by a fixed date. The team at South Leeds Letting (managed by Deborah Tooley) have been exactly what I needed; over the weeks the kept their promises, called or emailed when they said they would, were alway courteous and professional, told me where I stood so I could make an informed decision.Evie in the office was always pleasure to talk to. Hannah showed me around two properties, a delight to spend time with, and no hard sell. When I found the property that ticked all the boxes, Deborah and the team explained exactly what was needed and when, to ensure that things moved very quickly in my favour. I've gone from having no hope to having a home within three days. A huge weight has been lifted. The basic needs of people mean far more during this time of costs crisis and at Christmas and I can't thank the team enough.

GoogleWe bought our house through Manning Stainton last year and were very impressed by them. The sale was being overseen by Kyle Guy and he provided weekly updates on the progress of the sale and also looked into hold-ups to find out what the issues were. This was very helpful as we could better plan our timeline for moving. A very proactive company and I would definitely recommend them.

Helping dad to sell and move was a very stressful time. Zaini Miraj from Manning Stainton was a great help keeping me upto date with a weekly catch up call to guide and help with any issues. It was a long 5 months dealing with solicitors, our own estate agent selling dads property did not contact us once throughout the whole process. lesley alexander made the move a lot easier taking all the pressure from me, i was buying and selling so lesley was the communication to all concerned. She was pro active right from the start keeping me updated on each move. I couldnt have done this without stress if it wasnt for her, i did use another estate agent as well and found their communication nowhere near as professional and active unless I contacted them. I would use Manning just so Lesley could manage everything. Thank you lesley much appreciated. ( Ive now taken you off speed dial lol)

Ben and Emma were exceptional throughout the process; both kept our sale progressing and following up on things where needed to avoid any unnecessary delays. Communication was great throughout and both Ben and Emma maintain a great relationship with the buyers/ sellers/ solicitors to keep everything on track - they we both an integral part of helping us move us swiftly. They have a strong bank of buyers and can help you sell your home to the right person. We couldn’t recommend Manning Stainton enough!

I was selling the house of a deceased relative. I had two valuers come to the property one of which was the lovely Ben of Manning Stainton. I chose Manning Stainton because of the passion Ben had for the house. He could see its potential and that it had been a much loved home. I was lucky enough to be allocated Charlotte Poutney to handle the sale. Charlotte was professional, approachable and very helpful. I was kept up to date with every stage of the sale in real time. We hit a few bumps that were out of our control along the way but i always felt supported and we completed the sale. I would recommend this team to everyone who is wanting to sell their home.

Overall the team at Manning were terrific. We had the unfortunate event of the sale collapsing after 4 weeks, and had to drop the price, but the team got us over the line and overall we were very happy. Charlotte was excellent during the final stages of the process, always on hand and on top of both solicitors and all aspects of the sale, she was a superstar. Chloe who was new to the business was also great, she did a great job for someone so new and was always on hand and proactive, very impressed. We are happy with the result and would recommend the team at Manning, they are definitely the market leaders in the area.
