Friendly and professional

I had instructed Manning Stainton to sell my late mother's house.From start to completion, they were friendly and professional. There were a few hiccups in the process (isn't there always) and they were always quick to let me know what was happening and how to resolve it.There was one occasion which was particularly complicated, Charlotte phoned me direct and we were able to sort the issue out.

Amazing Estate Agents

they made the whole selling process amazing of my House stress free. From Meeting lee to value my house to start the Ball Rolling. Than most off my dealings was with Ellie she always there to Answer my Questions. when i was not available for a house view they got somebody round so i never missed a viewing. the Communication was first class. then when i agreed sale was Passed Over to Ann always keeped me up to date regarding next steps of sale. very approachable. made the whole selling process very smooth.

Not my 1st choice of estate agents ... but it should have been.

I originally chose a different estate agency to sell my bungalow, but after being with them for a month and having no viewings at all, I decided to bring Manning Stainton's on board. The bungalow was on Manning Stainton's books for less than 24 hours when they booked in their 1st viewing. When somebody made an offer to buy the property Laura was right there to get me the best price possible. All the way through this entire process Manning Stainton's have kept me up to date with phone calls and regular emails. It has been a very emotional, stressful journey to sell the house that has been my home for 42 years, it is not a journey I plan on ever taking again ... but if I did, I would go directly to Manning Stainton's.

Straight forward and Mostly helpful

Me and my girlfriend just moved into an flat in Morely and the Letting Agent, Deborah Tooley made the process really straightforward and easy to do. The place was for the most part exactly what was advertised and we were able to move everything in on the day that we needed to. The flat itself has plenty of space and is well designed. It's got a great location too, right next to the town centre and near the train station.We did have an issue where when we moved in for some reason we didn't get the keys to the electric and water meter which we had to go back and ask for.Overall though I would reccomend Manning Stainton as a letting agency. They have been very responsive since we moved in.

Gabrielle provided a really informative tour of the property. Proffesional, friendly and efficient.

I was very impressed with Manning Stainton from initial valuation through to completion. Special mention to Laura who was friendly and efficient throughout the whole process, she kept us up to date at all stages providing advice and reassurance whenever needed. When I said I didn't want feedback after each viewing (the rooms aren't big enough??) I was listened to and these stopped. The whole selling process took longer than I would have liked, but that wasn't down to the estate agent, it was the buyers solicitor. I do not live in the area so all the viewings were managed very well by the agents and I used solicitors they regularly work with. No complaints, and thanks again to Laura :)
