Karly has been absolutely amazing. Her communication was brilliant and she always kept me in the light about every step of the viewing and offer process. The selling of my house is not under the best of circumstances but Karly made me feel safe in the knowledge that everything possible was being done and she made it clear that nothing was too silly or difficult for her to manage. I feel very grateful that Karly was the person taking care of the selling of our house in these early stages. The rest of the team at Manning, as usual, have also gone above and beyond so I would like to thank them sincerely.

After an horrendous dealing with another well known Letting Office we totally loss faith We were recommended Manning Stantion and Adam Kemp was put in charge of our account .He miraculously helped us with the challenges we had and guided us smoothly through all the transition ..kept us update promptly on what was happening .. there was no hidden agenda Great communication skill and very meticulously on point that he put us at ease .We just feel fortunate and appreciate that we were in very good hand . We cant thank you enough Adam Kemp !!

Karl is one of the most enthusiastic and friendliest agents I’ve met on house viewings and his service was brilliant! He was proactive in retrieving any answers we needed about the properties and even followed up to make sure we got our answers. He walked us through the properties and gave us a great tour of everything with ease and allowed us to take our time. Thank you for such a great experience Karl!

Manning Stainton have been great for the sale of my parents house. from the valuation right through to yesterday with exchange of contracts they communicated all the necessary information. Debbie was the very best. She explained any things I was unsure of and recommended a solicitor who turned out to be great too. I would definately use them again. Myself and my partner have been dealing with Deborah Tooley in the office South Leeds Lettings for a couple of weeks now with finding out first home to rent. Debbie has been magnificently helpful with everything we’ve needed and kept us reassured throughout the whole journey. With this being our first time looking for a property we thought a lot of the process would be confusing but Debbie has been really great at explaining how everything works clearly and has shown nothing short of great customer service! I chose Manning Staintons as I had dealings with them in the past, I found them very good, nothing has changed. Love this estate agents, Wakefield branch very friendly and helpful. When we received an offer and we accepted, our sale was passed over to a move manager. May I just add here our sale from start to finish was 8 months but that was due to delays at bottom of chain. Our move manager was Yvonne, wow, what a lady. Very polite, professional, approachable and easy to talk to, she knew what to say to me to pick me up from feeling frustrated and upset with all the delays and nearly throwing the towel in, she was always at the end of the phone or called me back, she had loads of patience and needed it dealing with me, but she never said a wrong word. I was constantly chasing but we got there in the end. So a thank you to manning staintons but most of all a big big thank you to Yvonne. I will miss our chats.

Recently bought a property through Manning Stainton and we had such a pleasant experience with our Move Manager, Zaini Miraj. She was so reassuring when the seller was causing endless issues for us and she really guided us through the whole process as we were first time buyers. Lovely estate agent, on time. Garden could have done with a bit of a tidy as it was a bit off putting. Hard to grasp the reality of how lovely it could be. But inside is very spacious. One bedroom’s decor debatable but nothing that can’t be changed.

Furthermore, he is ensuring improvements are made within the business to ensure others do not have the same experience as us. Thank you Mark for going out of your way and listening. We can tell you truly care.Do not go near Manning Stainton to rent a house. Their lack of communication, unprofessional attitude and lack of knowledge has left us feeling frustrated and upset.They do not get back to you when someone finally answers the phone, they are rude on the phone and fob you off from one person to another.A Lettings negotiator said they had told us one thing but actually hadn’t at all then blamed us and tried to charge us. Chewing chewing gum and blowing bubbles in your face with a lack of care is very unprofessional. I will not be using this letting agent again and ourselves as tenants and the landlord included have been let down. Don’t go near them!

They seem to be a nice team...but very very sneaky with fees. The prices are very high for managed rental. If they can add a fee for anything they seem to do so. After the regular full managed fee of around 10%, the 450 pound finders fee..they then even charge an additionally 2% fee for sending your statement to you! (this is included at all other agencies i worked with). This will make your fees creep towards 20%. So at the end of the month, with add-ons you are lucky to get anything at all! The charging fees are very dishonest and new things pop up every month.
