Jack was very attentive and accommodating!

Upon viewing a property, we wanted to go back with parents for a 2nd opinion. Jack was very accommodating with his diary and able to fit us in. We then went back with our 2nd set of parents and again Jack was accommodating for our parents to head back to the property. We made an offer on the property and Jack kept us informed of the progress of the offer and chased up the company we were buying from for updates. Jack showed us round the property and was very knowledgeable in relation to the questions we asked him and knew the property inside out. Jack has been a great help to us in our buying process and kept us informed of all developments and has been happy to answer any questions when needed. I would highly recommend Jack as an estate agent who will keep you happy by being attentive to your purchase experience!

We recently purchased our new home (and sold our old home) with the help of Yvonne as our move manager. In what was a tricky transaction, Yvonne ensured that this process was as smooth as possible. Some weeks Yvonne was in touch with me every single day to keep me updated and liaising with various parties to help get my move over the line. She was patient, friendly and proactive. Great Service for selling my house

I have to thank the manning Stainton team for their extremely good service. In particular they would like to thank both Maisie McMillan and Jack Pullan. Maisie came out to view the house and give her her comments and advice, and Jack has been dealing with buyers coming to view the house and has kept me meticulously up to date with appointments made and the buyers he’s met. From the moment Mathew valued the house to Paul organising and overseeing the visits I felt supported by a smooth running operation with caring and competent staff. Within 3 weeks the house was under offer and Yvonne swung into action with her calm competence and pragmatism. I felt supportive by all the staff through the ups and downs of solicitors questions, surveys etc.. but Yvonne kept me rooted in the belief it was going to go through. The MS machine is very sound but the staff are the real stars.

The person buying a property is just as important as someone selling their property

I felt treated like someone on a conveyer belt, not important, like buying a pair of shoes online for 310k (over a quarter million). There was no meeting, no working relationship and no understanding of my needs. The price reduction was due to the home buyer survery, nothing to do with the property negotiator. They could have been more transparent about the electrical rewiring needed for the property adn also the gas situation to make it safe before moving in. The property was unclean. The oven, grill, extractor fan, pantry area, kitchen cupboards and draws were in a disgusting state. Estate Agents should set minimum standards selling properties where possible. The vendor should have paid to have the property professionally cleaned and I know this could have been done. This property was not in a 'moving in' condition when it could have easily been avoided. I would not recommend anyone doing business with MS.
