absolutley shocking to deal with when you have a problem they do not get back to you i lived in mould and damp they were going to leave me 3 months in that state after i had been hospitalised through the mould the house was filthy when i moved in the letting agents had to bring me cleaning supplies befor i could move in there was rubbish in the flooded cellar which they never removed and tried to charge me when i left the garden was a state and i had it all cleared i redecorated the house and they then instructed reposit to claim nearly 1000 pounds from my account which left me seriosly overdrawn and significent mental health
Hello SarahHaving looked further into your review, we cannot see on our system, any reports of mould at the property. When you vacated the property and the inspection was carried out, we made attempts to contact you to discuss the condition. As there was no response, Reposit deducted funds from your account in in line with the terms of the agreement that you signed. I am aware that the branch have spoken with you since your review, Reposit have waived their fee and the reopened the case to allow you to dispute the costs.

TrustpilotTom saved me the expense of a contractor when my tenant reported yet more 'damage'.
My latest Sheffield tenant has been quick to find fault with things, resulting in a lot of costs for myself. The latest was a 'damaged window lock'. I queried with Tom Blacksell how the lock could have become 'damaged'. He made enquiries with the tenant and found that all that was required was some WD40 for lubrication - not damage at all! So - well done to Tom for enabling the problem to be fixed quickly and efficiently and saving on the call-out charges of a contractor.
This is amazing Rosemary, we are so pleased Tom managed to resolve this issue with no costs involved.

We have rented out a property with Lindley & Simpson, Wakefield Branch with Fiona and Emilia being out main points of contact and they have been brilliant. Giving us all the information, guiding us through the process and keeping us well informed of progress on viewings next steps etc. Would recommend them and their service. I’ve recently used Linley and Simpson - Leeds City Center for my apartment search and was pleasantly surprised with their professionalism. Amina proactively reacted to my preferences and demonstrated genuine interest in finding the perfect flat for me and my partner. I liked her attention to detail and personalized approach. She was incredibly prompt in addressing my inquiries and making the entire process efficient and convenient. On the admin side, Sebastian very quickly provided me with all necessary documentation and information. Happy so far with the agency, so hopefully they’ll maintain the standard throughout my tenancy.

Both of them acted quickly, and I had an engineer visit the very next day to resolve the issue. I am very pleased with the service from Linley & Simpson and would rate Kelly and Corey 5 out of 5.
