Extremely Disappointing Experience

My experience with Linley and Simpson has been nothing short of a nightmare. I received the keys to the property last week, and what initially seemed okay turned into a series of shocking discoveries upon closer inspection. It's evident that the agency did nothing to prepare the property after the previous tenant left.The carpets were filled with dust and dirt, some even partially removed from the floor. The toilet floors were in appalling condition, with no maintenance or silicone applied to prevent water leaks. In certain areas, the floors were damaged, adding to the overall dissatisfaction.Despite reaching out to the agency via email, in person, and sending them photographic evidence of the issues, there has been no response or solution provided. It's been a week, and the lack of action on their part is unacceptable.I am extremely disappointed with Linley Agency's negligence and lack of professionalism.

Choose another letting agent

Unfortunately really poor service from each department that we’ve had to deal with over the years of renting with this letting agents that took over our previous one.Over time things have just become progressively worse to the point that we are now having to get the council involved to help us as the maintenance department have no interest in ensuring that the property is a safe and healthy environment to live in.Branch manager will only communicate via email or text message, couldn’t be more unprofessional over the last 4 years. Avoid.

A good service.

I recently wanted to visit my property to check on it - as I have had the same tenant for 3 years. I contacted the City Centre office to meet with the people at Linley and Simpson who look after the property and my tenant.Emma Kerrywood, who looks after my tenant, could not have been more helpful. booking me in, arranging with my tenant for us to visit; meeting with us over a coffee and discussing the property.She then introduced us to Matt Kendrick, who looks after the property; he joined the meeting and the discussion.Matt then took us to the property, showed us around the site (which has had some building work since we last visited); took us to our property and showed us around and introduced us to the site manager. I was delighted by the service that we received from Emma and Matt and very reassured by the state of the site, the property and the way in which it is all being managed.

Our First Rental Experience

First of all, It was amazing to receive the message for the viewing the property as soon as we applied from the Right move apps. Secondly as in the message, we meet Mr Harry of your company, where he help to tour the apartment being friendly and polite. He emailed us other procedures and even made appointments with the landlord where I could meet him personally and had a good conversation. So from viewing till the holding fee for confirmation Mr. Harry guide us well and clarified all doubt we had in regard with the property rental.
