I'm a first time landlord, and I wasn't really sure what to expect having never let out a property before. Ed and Matt have been amazing though, they've been on hand from the get-go to answer any question I had (even tiny annoying ones, which they did without making me feel silly). I'd heard good things about Linley & Simpson which is why I reached out to them originally, and I'm so glad I did, they've been so great.

In both letting management and property sales we have found the service exemplary. Im moving to Leeds for a new job and so it’s been tricky trying to book flat viewings when Im not currently living in the city. But Linley & Simpson have been great - scheduling me in to see 3-4 properties in a hour. Declan especially has been very helpful and I have now found the perfect flat. Luke and Brad as well have been very polite when speaking to them on the phone. They are very careful to take in your requests in terms of what you’re looking for and what area. Overall a very good company when trying to find a flat to rent. Thank you!

I have rented my property for over 20 yrs but only fairly recently have Linley and Simpson become my landlords. I had my first property inspection last year and I was unsure of what to expect but it went really well and any issues I pointed out to them were dealt with promptly. I recently inquired about the possibility of them putting up a back garden fence on the property for my own privacy and security for myself and the house. Even though there wasn’t a fence when I first moved in, they listened to what I had to say and within a few weeks I’ve got my garden fence! It looks really nice, Graham who put it up, did a great job. All the staff at Linley and Simpson who I’ve dealt with have been great and Will ( the property manager) has always been approachable, understanding and professional and makes sure any issues are dealt with promptly.
