Scott Knight was brilliant. Personable, really knowledgeable about the area and great with my 9 year old son who is nervous about a big move to Yorkshire. We met Scott at the office and he walked us up to the property which gave us time to ask him questions about Ilkley which he happily answered. He allowed us plenty of time to have a really good look around the property, about which he knew all the little details including a ‘secret hidden cupboard’ behind a mirror which captivated my son! He showed us an alternative, scenic route to the next property we were viewing so we could see more of Ilkley and he gave us a great lunch recommendation too! He definitely helped us make the most of the limited time we had in Ilkley. Thank you Scott! 🙏

Within 30 seconds of walking into their offices, I was made to feel at ease, Amina answered all my queries perfectly, and even managed to squeeze me into 3 viewings that same morning. Fell in love with an amazing apartment which I've decided to go ahead with. Went back and dealt with Spencer with regards to application forms etc, and again made me feel like a truly valued client. Both Amina and Spencer are genuinely lovely, and I'm super glad I've met them both. Definitely my kinda people I like to deal with. Thank you both once again!
