Despite not getting the outcome I was after, the application process was easy from start to finish. Zak was great at handling my questions and managed to maintain patience despite me pestering him non-stop. All of the team I spoke with Seb, Zak, Megan(?) were great and always very helpful.

GoogleReally great service provided by Amina who helped me find my perfect flat. She was extremely helpful and really took the time to listen to my specifications to source flats which would be worth my while viewing. Amina was also very friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend both Amina and Linley&Simpson to those looking at properties

GoogleLinley and Simpsons is the worst letting agency I have ever experienced. They do not bother about the customer queries. I have rented an apartment from this letting agency. I found that the apartment doesn't provide me with the basic amneties which were signed on my contract letter. And they do not care about replying back to the renters. I just made a wrong decision choosing this letting agency. Just a warning for other customers. JUST BEWARE OF THIS AGENCY'S ATTITUDE!!
