GoogleThey are very helpful, even worked outside their working hours to help me move into the apartment. The whole moving situation made easy with Let’s live Leeds. The agent Lorraine drive me around the city to view 6 apartments and she was very patient. Let’s live Leeds is very attentive, they remember every tenants name when showing me around. GoogleFrom the beginning, Zack was very helpful in booking me a viewings day with Nick. Nick on the day was on time and drove me around in his car to show me various properties available. He was positive and helpful to me. Although all the properties weren't in the best of shape, I managed to find one that was within my expectations. Completed my online tenant application and the next day Fiona, got back to me positively and arranged all requests I had. Thank you guys

View AgentsExcellent team and excellent customer service!
This was my second year of university and my first agent and place was terrible! But these guys are great starting from the initial showing of the houses down to collecting the keys. Nick was very helpful when showing properties because he had a variety and all very close by to shops and town. Fiona from their office was great when handling the paper work and got it done within a day. This was totally the opposite to another angry in Leeds so they are worth a review and a stay! Thanks guys!

GoogleMy experience with this company couldn’t have been any worse. I was messed around by them for weeks trying to get moved in, jumping through various hoops for them to then pull out last minute and offer no explanation. On top of me not getting the property they tried keeping £135 from me which I had to battle to get back. Then weeks later tried separately charging me £100 for “late rent”? When I wasn’t even using them? Very bad vibes from this company I would avoid at all costs EDIT: Maybe just sort your admin out instead of blaming your customers and paying for fake reviews :)

Hi Harrison thanks for taking the time to review the company and your experiences. As part of several stages of our referencing process you were asked for a contact for your employment reference, which you failed to provide. The landlord (of the property you were applying for) understandibly rejected your application as he lost confidence your circumstances, so your holding fee was returned to you in full. You were also aggressive and rude to my staff, so we were frankly relieved the application had not materialised into a managed tenancy. I hope you have found somehwhere suitable - we are really strict with our referencing process and we did explain this to you fully. Best of luck for the future. Lets Live Leeds Managment Team.

GoogleHad a great experience here when looking for a professional house-share, having struggled with poor service and disappointing properties with other agents. 2 minutes after walking in, Beth had found a suitable property which was ready to view straight away, and after viewing I submitted my application for it that same day.

GoogleFirstly, if you are looking for letting agents or property management, these are the best ❤️❤️❤️❤️. Perfect administrative understanding and support of their client, they're timely in keeping appointment ( no cancellation), pictures seen online are 98% true representation. Bailie (a staff member) has been truly amazing and supportive 👍👍👍.
