GoogleFantastic estate agents, always very helpful and supportive. The property I stayed in was modern and clean, and I never had any issues with flatmates or the house itself. My checkout was also very smooth, Bailie helped me massively and was very supportive during the whole process. Highly recommend!

GoogleDecent letting agents, had multiple issues with the landlord and the agency were very understanding and supportive. Would highly recommend, fast to act on any issues. Charlotte Watson and Lucy Spendlove are the go to ladies for getting things done swiftly and professionally!

GoogleJust finishing renting through Lets Live Leeds for two and a half years. Definitely the best letting agency in Leeds; the house was well taken care of and all of the staff that I dealt with during my tenancy were fantastic. I was due to move out in March but had to postpone for most of the year due to the lockdown and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating for this. GoogleI strongly recommend this Agency. They were very helpful at the beginning when I needed to make the contract. All the information were crystal clear and in time as well every time that I needed a reply. About the end of the tenancy was a bit weird, but after some communications issues, Aamira exceed any expectations providing one of the best customer service that I ever had in the lettings industry (she really deserves this mention, past 12 years I have moved more than 15 times). If I need to rent again around Leeds I will put this agency first on my list!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleLucy is lovely! She was positive and upbeat which helped a lot during the viewing. Moving can be stressful but Lucy's positive attitide and personality made me feel good about it and I applied to one of the 2 properties she has shown me. Overall great experience!
