GoogleWe agreed the terms of the contract, but when they sent me the contract the terms were completely different with clauses stating utilities were not included in the rent although we agreed they were. If I hadn't checked the clauses, like many people won't, I would have been paying above market rent plus utilities and council tax. Very unprofessional tactics.NegativeProfessionalism

She went out of the way to accomodate our requests and resolve any concerns we had. The process was very smooth and I highly recommend the agency.

GoogleThese guys actively encourage gazumping, even after paperwork has been sent and terms have been agreed. They seem to care very little about tenant experience.
