GoogleI've been viewing houses to buy and have everything in place, no chain etc so ready for a quick sale which is most sellers dream. Yet I viewed a property, placed an offer, chased them for a response, nothing....then they call me for feedback on the viewings! Clearly these guys aren't switched on or communicate internally. Even if the offer is declined, fair enough....tell the buyer and attempt a negotiation like other agents. It would put me off buying a property from them....

GoogleThe Prestige team have been helpful, efficient attentative at all times. This began with discussions around our concerns about putting our house up for sale at a time when interest rates were increasing where they were reassuring. Their confidence proved to be correct as we were able to sell house quickly whilst exceeding the asking price. The Prestige team organised and attended all the viewings allowing us to take a break away over a weekend. They kept me informed of progress and responded quickly to any questions I had.

GoogleI booked a viewing at midday for a property I was interested in. After about 15 minutes of waiting since the arranged meeting time I called them to query if they were going to show up. The person on the line said she will check with who was meant to be coming and call me back. I received no call back and they showed up in about another 15 minutes so they were 30 minutes late. When viewing the empty property it was clear that it was still dirty and didn’t look in a great standard to be selling, especially for the price the landlord was looking to charge compared to other similar properties on the market in the surrounding area. Now the last bit may not be their fault but overall it wasn’t a great experience with the initial lateness and lack of notice as I highly doubt they’d have waited for me if I was 30 minutes late without giving any notice.NegativeResponsiveness

GoogleWhilst searching for a property Hardisty's made everything more difficult. Dismal organisation, told on numerous occasions that they would call back to arrange viewings on properties but didn't and then subsequently called for feedback on the property we hadn't been given the opportunity to see. Generally the feedback process is very frustrating as they'd call for feedback on different properties 5 times over the working day and we were told they couldn't do this over 1 call. We discussed making an offer on a property which they dismissed and we later found out that it had gone for this value.

GoogleAndrew Hardisty and Danny Beel have both handled the sale of our home in a professional, knowledgeable and reassuring way. After previous bad experiences with another agent we took sound advice from Andrew about the market value of our property and had an asking price offer before the first viewing and agreed an over the asking price offer within a matter of days. Danny handled the highly stressful business of negotiating and agreeing a sale price brilliantly and kept us calm, informed and focused whilst we embarked on what became quite a protracted journey of looking for an onward property. We have used these agents twice before on previous sales and each and every time they have delivered beyond expectations. Highly recommend.
