Google100% do NOT use this estate agency,undoubtedly 1 of the poorest decisions of my life using this incompetent & indolent company,Very poor marketing & even worse property research.Very young & inexperienced staff with poor communications skills,Operate in partnership with IAMSOLD modern property auctions that is purely a vehicle to earn it's staff & shareholders money at everyone else's expense,contract is absolutely unbreakable even after unsuccessful auction they have the right to do what they like to sell your property.Hardisty & co are a disgrace to their already dubious profession AVOID LIKE the plague Adrian

When we decided to sell our property they were the obvious choice. GoogleWe have used Mark James, the Financial Advisor at Hardisty, on a couple of occasions and he has been great both times. He is always extremely helpful and responsive and he's secured really good mortgage rates for us. He also helped us to resolve a last minute issue with a new mortgage offer, by engaging and chasing the lender on our behalf.

They provided such a professional, but friendly service, responding to any queries and concerns quickly and thoroughly. The service I received was outstanding they all helped me immensely as I found it all very upsetting. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. GoogleHuge thank you to Joe for helping with our house purchase. We were not even paying customers but the communication from Joe was fantastic, much better than our estate agents! If we ever sell again (which hopefully won’t be for very many years!) we will certainly be using Hardisty.
