Extremely professional approach with both Joe and Mollies knowledge and manner over the phone being second to none, and in turn being put in contact with the mortgage team which was very beneficial. GoogleWe recently moved out of a rental property that is let and managed by Hardisty. The property was originally run by Brooklands, but Hardisty took over a few months ago. The transition was smooth and easy on our end, with Hardisty maintaining communication and notifying us of any coming changes. When we were preparing to move out, Hardisty staff were lovely and helpful in answering all our questions. They had all our records and communications with the previous company on file, which was a relief because we were worried about how the transition would affect our rental conditions. They were also very responsive and resolved building maintenance issues very quickly. Overall we had a great experience with Hardisty and were very impressed with how professionally and thoughtfully they took over management of the property throughout the transition from Brooklands.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleSo far, Hardisty has proved to be the right choice in the sale of my house. Joe has guided and supported me though the process of finding a buyer. He was responsive to all my enquiries and anxieties. Whether though text, email or phone call, he responded quickly. Patient in listening to me and struck a valuable balance between offering advice from his own expertise, but listening to what was important to me from a personal perspective. It was good to have a go to person. All other staff have been very professional in their dealings with me. GoogleI'm a disabled person and I travelled all the way from Sheffield to view a property in Rawdon and I told the agent at the property that I want the property and without even asking me they took a deposit from someone else and made me travel and waste my whole day for nothing, I spoke with the manager who only cares about the income they generate and zero customer service completely unprofessional company who needs to understand not to waste peoples time and money especially if they are disabled please please stay away from this completely unprofessional agents.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe recently bought a new build property marketed by Hardisty and Co. During the four month long process I was always able to contact them easily by phone or email, my requests were always passed on and always answered in a reasonable amount of time. The agent that we dealt with was Danny Beel. Danny showed us around the show house many times and was always able to meet us at a time to suit us and very often at very short notice. He was always friendly, patient and upbeat, often when I was running around with a tape measure taking forever! He conducted the sales negotiations and eventually secured our business against the other house we were interested in at the time. We then spent a long time going through arduous negotiations between mine and the builders solicitor. I can honestly say that without the support, willingness and help supplied by Danny through the whole process, we wouldn't have made it over the line. He went above and beyond his role of estate agent and was always there sorting things out and getting things done between the different parties. Thanks again Danny for all your help, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his company when searching for your next house move.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We had quotes from several agents but their's was the most competitive, excluding options like Purple bricks, although I honestly don't think we would have got the high asking price we did with one of the more budget national agents, so it would've been a false economy. Hardisty handled the negotiations very skilfully and we were really pleased with the outcome. GoogleI have recently purchased a house from Hardisty And Co after looking at many houses. I only found this house due to George at Hardisty And Co in Otley. I cannot speak highly enough of George and the help and support he and Abigail offered to me during the process. It's rare to find such service nowadays and it made the process of moving so much easier for me. I love my new home, which I would not have without Hardisty And Co and George - so a massive thank you all round for everything you have done. It made all the difference!

Whilst I knew I'd not be jumping for joy when the house sold, they helped it go as smoothly and pain free as possible and my family and I very much appreciate that.

GoogleI used this company for mortgage advice and was left feeling ripped off. Having paid a fee of £395.00 for them to arrange the mortgage the advisor then applied for two different mortgages which turned out to be unaffordable and the applications rejected. I then complained which resulted in the company actually bothering to look why I was rejected for the mortgages I was told should be affordable. Their answer was to blame the computer systems of the mortgage company for the matter, rather than to take responsibility themselves. This company did not want to find out why I was rejected untill I complained, failed to accept any responsibility for either of the failed applications and still expected me to use them in future. I was offered no refund and am left out of pocket and looking for mortgage advice elsewhere.

We found a buyer within a week at a time when there were many other properties on the market in the same area. Hardisty made the sale process run very smoothly. They were always very helpful and proactive , kept us in the loop and liaised well with all parties. Would certainly recommend Hardisty to anyone planning to sell a property.
