I used this company for mortgage advice and was left feeling ripped off. Having paid a fee of £395.00 for them to arrange the mortgage the advisor then applied for two different mortgages which turned out to be unaffordable and the applications rejected. I then complained which resulted in the company actually bothering to look why I was rejected for the mortgages I was told should be affordable. Their answer was to blame the computer systems of the mortgage company for the matter, rather than to take responsibility themselves. This company did not want to find out why I was rejected untill I complained, failed to accept any responsibility for either of the failed applications and still expected me to use them in future. I was offered no refund and am left out of pocket and looking for mortgage advice elsewhere.

Excellent service, from start to finish. The property description was superb, definitely made it stand out from the rest. We found a buyer within a week at a time when there were many other properties on the market in the same area. Hardisty made the sale process run very smoothly. They were always very helpful and proactive , kept us in the loop and liaised well with all parties. Would certainly recommend Hardisty to anyone planning to sell a property.
