I was reluctant to use this kind of company at first thinking this is too good to be true. Actually it is not. This company supported us every step of the way. In particular Adam who always called back as soon as able. We took a little bit less due to a property in the area being valued. But it was worth it due to the smooth transaction. There were delays but not down to this company. They did what it said on the tin. Really happy with the service and would recommend.

GoogleWarning…. They Lie (especially Adam Gilman) and do not honour Contracts. If you want a stress free transaction, do not deal with them. They push for you to agree to a soft exchange, refuse as there is no advantage to you. I knew this trick and refused and to go ahead they had to agree to a hard (normal) Exchange of Contracts. However, they then failed to meet the completion date twice. The first time they contacted us two days before completion and requested a Deed of Variation to allow them another month to complete (obviously financial problems as they were saying they did not know they would have to pay stamp duty !!). The second time, it was the night before Completion, Adam phoned and said that it could not go ahead because of our Solicitor being away on holiday BUT, the legal firm had already arranged for another Solicitor to cover and be available to close and confirmed this to me and that Adam was lying. On the day of completion, their own Solicitor and Good Move refused to answer correspondence or return calls form our solicitor and this forced us to have to serve a Notice to Complete on them and threaten to apply to the High Court for a Winding-up Petition against their company. It was three days later that completion finally went ahead.

It took only 2 weeks to have a client, under these market circumstances…therefore, for me this was the quickest, best option, after having had the property on the market with high street agencies, with no result, for quite a long time. Thanks to Louis, Jasmine and Nazanin. I completed today and I am happy to say “welcome” to a new, good chapter of my life. Do not forget, this is not high street, you DO not pay solicitors fees OR market advertising or selling fees, but you need to be ready to lower your expectations-how? EASY: By just deducting these fees when you ask for a final price, and probably a bit more. But it works! You would have paid these fees anyway, would you have not?

We were skeptical about using a company such as Good Move when our buyer pulled out but we wanted to keep our chain going for our dream house. So we went with Georgia and her team Lucy etc and they were great, we exchanged and completed inside 3 weeks or so and got what we were promised and they dealt with all my questions and any concerns professionally and in a friendly way. I would definitely use them again and would recommend using their services if you need a quick and honest sale of your home. Thank you again Georgia and Lucy and all. The Davda’s.

I recently bought a property from Good Move. Throughout the time - from viewing to final completion, everyone from their team were professional, kind and clear on their approach/service. Although we encountered an unforeseen circumstance and we as buyer were frustrated, they went above and beyond, putting all the efforts to deal with the situation, solving the issue much before than I expected. Adam, you deserve applaud, thank you for your kindness and time even on weekends. I would deal with this company again if got chance, mainly because of their professionalism and customer focused approach. Zoe was very professional and kind throughout the offer stage and sales progression.

Worked with Bradley Redfearn and Dalia Green at Goodmove to sell my flat when my local estate agent wasn’t able to. They had my flat up within a day of confirmation and I had a buyer after two weeks.There was a lot of pressure from my onward chain as they needed to complete as soon as possible and this was handled exceptionally by Dalia. I would 1000% work with Goodmove again, better still I am keen on becoming an investor with Goodmove. Top organisation. Thank you

GoogleEven though Good Move could not help our situation they offered free advice and were very honest and informative regards our circumstances. They even offered to be on hand for further advice should we need it. Max was very helpful and understanding, certainly not pushy or rejecting after realising they could not take on our property. A rare thing these days. If our circumstances changed I would not hesitate to return to Good Move. Thank You Max and Good Move!

GoogleI genuinely thought this was going to be a painful process, but Greg was fantastic. Told us straight off that he wouldn't be able to to help us get what we wanted (we're in a collapsed chain) which was not what I was expecting (I was expecting a long drawn out process where we agreed an initial price that slowly dwindled over the weeks) Not only that, he gave us advice on what we need to do with our estate agents to get going again, and even wished us luck. If you want straight talking and a straight answer, call Greg. He might not be able to help, but he will tell you there and then, hassle free.

Alex was incredibly helpful and gave us great advice. We are unfortunately trying to sell a property with onerous ground rent and no mortgage lender will touch it so we reached out to Good Move to see if they could help.If you have similar issues I would recommend speaking with them, I felt that Alex was on my side and went above and beyond in trying to help me out of a bad situation. Most importantly at no point did I feel like Good Move was trying to take advantage.Nothing but praise for this company!

Couldn't be happier with how the guys at Goodmove have handled my sale. I had a property that I had been trying to sell for some time with no luck (flat above a shop) as it was tricky to secure a mortgage on. They found a buyer quickly, which ultimately fell through, but found another buyer soon after.My input has been minimal and they (particularly Zoe) have handled everything for me.Thank you!

We tried to sell our home two years ago with no joy. We decides again to try and sell and wanted to be sure it would sell this time. I researched 'Goodmove' and I am so glad I did. I had a quick call with Louis then everything from the beginning was so easy, stress free and the customer service was 10/10. Katy was amazing and worked so hard finding us a buyer and it only took 3 weeks to find and accept the offer. The organisation of the viewings was so well planned and thought out which we needed with two young boys and a puppy being at home. Richard did all our viewings. We were kept up to date through out, never any need to call for an update. Once passed to Yasmin she was equally just as amazing. Continuing to keep us updated regarding the sale progression and communicating with the solicitors. Gabby at Williams & Co was equally as efficent and we then completed as little as 6 weeks later. The whole experience and customer service was second to none. Thank you all for everything. I would 100% use Good move again if we ever decide to do it all over again! Laura
