Bought our first house with goodmove and had a very positive experience! Our Sales Progressor Zoe was brilliant, she chased up the Solicitors, answered all our questions and replied to emails quickly. Great communication and very friendly, we had weekly contact on the phone as we were looking to complete withing 8-10 weeks and thanks to Zoe we completed in just under 10 weeks. Any issues we had in the house before purchase (like a small leak on a toilet and one of the windows) was dealt with very quickly and everything was up to a good standard and in good working condition when we moved in! Thank you for your hard work Zoe, and thanks to goodmove for our first beautiful house.

Goodmove successfully sold my property in Sep 26. The whole team from initial contact to completion were amazing, professional, helpful and couldn’t have done more. I had my first offer in 2 weeks, although this fell through (buyer changed their mind) I had a second offer in less than a month and from offer to completion it took 5 weeks. The team communicated with me regularly, instructed capable and efficient solicitors to enable the sale and even sent an agent round to enable me to sign and witness the contracts in person. Where do I start my first experience was with Marcus Edge. What an excellent experience Marcus explained everything to me in great detail from start to finish. I had a lot of things going on at once but nothing was to big or to small for Marcus. You can imagine this is not a good experience wanting to move and been unwell in the process.
