It was a long process as i had difficult circumstances, however Greg never gave up and made it possible. Most people would have given up with the amount of effort that needed to complete my case. But not Greg, i would 100% recommend good move to anybody. Thank you so much Greg this meant alot to me and the amount of time and effort that you put in to make it possible.

My house had a 'flying freehold' and when I thought about selling it I decided to see what offer I might get from a house buying company. I was very sceptical but Goodmove seemed to have lots of very positive reviews. They came up with a reasonable offer but I decided that when I did come to sell I would use a traditional estate agent.At the end of July my 'dream' flat came back onto the market after it's sale had fallen through. I immediately put in an offer which was accepted. Unfortunately, the owner wouldn't take it off the market until I had sold my house. As the market had taken a downturn, I knew this wouldn't happen very quickly. It was at this point I went back to Goodmove.It was late on a Friday afternoon when I rang Brad to explain the situation. Within half an hour he had emailed me the written offer which meant the flat was taken off the market.Sophie then rang me straight after to make arrangements to get my house sold. Photos were taken very quickly and an open house was arranged, at which it sold.Dalia then took over as the sale progressed. She kept me up to date with everything and, despite some issues along the way, the sale went through.Although I did end up with slightly less cash for my house, I managed to secure the flat I wanted. I consider myself very lucky when you look at the current state of the property market. I would definitely recommend Goodmove to anyone in a similar position.Thank you Brad, Sophie and Dalia for being brilliant!

GoogleWe have just sold our property through goodmove after struggling to sell on the market. We agreed a reasonable selling price with Rowan who then proceeded to get me a buyer within 2-3 weeks!! The team have been brilliant especially Rowan and Sophie and I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a fast and efficient sale

Have just finished using this company and they were fantastic from start to finish, totally honest about the best way to sale the property. Special thanks to Dalia who kept me updated throughout the whole process. Good move allocate you a solicitor who were also fantastic and kept me informed of the progress at all times. Thank you good move for making something that was very stressful to being very straightforward.

My experience from start to finish was seamless. After the initial consultation Katy was my contact. She was absolutely amazing and kept me informed every step of the way with my house sale. She went above and beyond. From the vendor viewing my property to him moving in was 8 weeks. I used their solicitors who were equally as efficient. Would definitely use them again. I had an absolutely awful experience trying to sell my house before I found Good Move. The property was a bit problematic, and two previous estate agents struggled to sell it for over a year, only booking one or two viewings per week, despite promises and inflated house valuations.

A good experience with Max being the dedicated person handling our sale from start to finish. We could speak to him directly and he was always happy to answer our questions, no time spent on hold or being passed around. With regards to the service it was exactly as described and we sold our house quickly with as little fuss as possible. Thanks to Max and all who were involved with our sale.

Good move found a buyer for my house - chain free within two days of having an open house. They were a godsend because my mortgage had doubled within 8 months due to interest rate rises and I was struggling to manage mortgage payments and other bills. Having to do lots of overtime at work to keep my head above water. The sale went through within 12 weeks and I still made good equity. Jessica and Ryan were amazing and kept me updated on a regular basis. Thank you so much Goodmove.

TrustpilotI'd done quite a lot of research before…
I'd done quite a lot of research before I contacted Goodmove by already having an RICS valuation - so I knew exactly how much our property was valued at. I then contacted them and got a call back from Rowan a short while after.I thought it was worth an enquiry as we were looking to sell to a quick timescale and the up to 85% quoted on their website against my known valuation was definitely a hefty discount but potentially something I could work with.However, on the call, I was quoted 80% and we discussed, at length, the speed of our local property market which I am happy to admit is not as good as it was a year ago. I'm sure our area is not alone in that respect. Rowan was going to speak to his director and promised me a call later that day although this never happened.It seems to me that the whole idea of this strategy is that I take the hit on price to get the timescale I want and then Goodmove absorbs the time it takes to sell (given it may be longer in buyers markets) but still makes the profit based on the price I sell to them at. Whether the market is booming or floundering the percentage should stay the same - it's just the market value that changes. Seems not to be the case - at least when you've done all the research beforehand and know the numbers you're playing with in advance of contacting them.Clearly, reviews from other customers show the process works for them - but for me, it showed there is a lot more to the somewhat simple claim that "we buy any house for up to 85% of market value".

Fantastic company. They were very transparent (unlike other firms in the same field), knowledgeable, friendly, professional and extremely helpful.We would like to thank everyone who helped us through the sale of the property including Max and Georgia who arranged services that exceeded our expectations. In addition we need to offer a special thank you to Jessica, who was amazing at keeping us updated on all the viewings, offers etc and went the extra mile on helping us complete the sale. We never felt rushed, pressured or uncomfortable at any point. I would recommend this company to anyone.
