Looking for an alternative plan

I was enquiring about the service which Good Move offer as I was dubious about my current sale actually completing and was looking at other options. Greg was very helpful and gave lots of useful advice whichever way things went for me. It gave me the confidence to speak to my buyer and to give him a deadline, knowing that I had a back up plan in Good Move. I now have exchange of contracts so all is resolved. Thank you to Greg at Good Move and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Greg Was Outstanding.

Greg helped sell our property - and whatever he promised, he’d back up with some kind of action or progress. He stated timescales and expectations and always delivered. No paperwork to fill in, and nothing lengthy. It was all prompt. Courtney was also very helpful. If you need a house sold- Greg us your man. I wholeheartedly recommend him.

I always like to do my research, have a back up plan, so I didn't speak to one company, I spoke to a few. Why do I like them? Clear emails, call when they say they will call, clear and easy to understand on the phone! I explained to Bradly, at Good Move my situation, that I really wanted to move, sooner rather than later (sick relative) and not that I had to! He explained the process to me, during our first call, patiently, allowing me to take my usual notes and made me a provisional offer, he then, called me back and revised it, dropped it a little, was honest. This really impressed me, that he was honest to me right from the beginning about what I needed to do for a quick sale, rather than lure me in, let time pass and then revise, I felt working with Bradly the process would be efficient, one of my favourite words! I had lost a little faith in my estate agent, various reasons, they did however find me a buyer who is hopefully proceding, so I did not use Good Move, but I am ready to go back if this does not complete.

Georgia who dealt with the sale of my buy to let house, was brilliant, her communication was stellar, so rare in this day and age. I cannot fault the service I received from her. The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review, is because I did expect to complete the sale in a much quicker time scale as it was STC within 3 days of going onto the market. Completion was extremely protracted, and as the property was priced for a quick sale, my expectation was not met. So my own gripe is being over a barrel with a buyer who was less that co-operative.

I found Good Move to be very responsive and business like throughout my recent purchase of a buy-to-let investment property. It was a complicated transaction and they did everything possible to resolve the unavoidable difficulties and progress the transaction as quickly as possible. Communication was smooth, clear and rapid, and good cover arrangements were made while my main contact was on annual leave. A buyer’s experience with GoodMove

I have bought my first home through GoodMove, dealing with Dalia. The company were incredibly helpful from day one, easy to contact and always happy to help. Regardless of any issues that cropped up, which were out of GoodMove’s control, they supported me in getting them sorted each time. Dalia was brilliant throughout and no matter how many times I rang with silly questions, had the patience of a saint and was so kind to me. From my offer being accepted, to receiving the keys, the whole process took exactly 4 months and was nothing but smooth from GoodMove’s end. I spoke with an advisor this morning "Max". Our property is large and unusual, however rather than offering a cash purchase of 20% below market value Max adviced me to place it on the Open Market to get the best Price, he talked me through what the current Market is doing and therefore helped me managed my expectations of sales and time scale. Good Move a very apt Name indeed.

I can only heap praise on everybody involved at Good Move. I tried a few companies that promised me all the Gold I could eat. To no avail, one Company even had the nerve to disrespect Good Move saying stupid things like "Good Move are going to cheat You out of money, and not to trust them" Thankfully I ignored all that nonsense. It was a smooth operation, including the Solicitor we used. Even though the Solicitor was up in Sunderland there were no issues throughout the sale of my property. I will be using Good Move again within a few weeks, for another property sale. If want the Best, ignore the restThank you to all at Good Move Leeds.

Goodmove brilliant.

I have to start by saying that Goodmove did everything they said they would do. Dalia Green has done an outstanding job at every stage, keeping us informed, maintaining a tight schedule, reassuring us in moments of anxiety, always talking with a smile even though we never actually met. Robbie was politeness personified when we had face to face contact, showing round prospective buyers and very open.
