Excellent...Great and Fast service !Goodmove did exactly what was discussed and get us a buyer within 3weeks at the agreed price. It was quick and easy to deal everyone particularly with Richard who was my first contact and Yasmin later on. Unfortunately my ex-partner had decided not to process with the sale due to a change of circumstances. We had absolutely, no pressure at all time in the process from the beginning to the end and everything was so smooth. Very understanding people…! Thank you so much for everything in this difficult time , we really appreciated your help. If the house was going to the market, Goodmove will definitely our 1st choice.

Very happy with Matts’s helpful advice. As my house has only recently gone on the market, he gave honest advice that at this point, I should see how things go and possibly drop my price in due course if it doesn’t sell within a reasonable timeframe to suit my circumstances. He also advised me re what I should look for in a prospective buyer. Matt’s ‘non sales pitch‘ type approach has made me confident that I would not hesitate to contact him again for advice or to instruct this company where my circumstances warranted it.

We recently bought a property from Good Move and from start to finish, the service was fantastic. I would highly recommend Good Move and if you are fortunate enough to be looked after by Georgia who is responsible for Sales Progression, you will be impressed. From the very first call and interaction with Georgia the diligence, focus, clear communication and support is just what you need when stepping through a complex property purchase. The viewings were arranged very quickly and we were able navigate through the conveyancing swiftly with both sides removing any friction allowing a swift exchange and completion. Highly recommended and thanks again to Georgia.

I was in a difficult position with wishing to sell an investment property where the tenant had stopped paying their rent. I am so appreciative of the honest and impartial advice given to me by Greg ... he is an enormous asset to the Good Move team. He sold my property quickly, dealing with the tenancy issues and preventing me from having to go through court procedures. He handled viewings and basically all the hassle that otherwise would have been involved.I highly recommend you consult Greg for honest information and helpful advice and guidance if considering selling as to him you are an individual .. he cares about the person as well as the outcome.

Great efficient service.

Purchasing a property is a complex and stressful experience. Good Move were quite simply excellent. My representative was a lady called Dalia who was friendly whilst professional and efficient. I was dealing with her remotely due to distance and the pandemic but all of my queries and requests were answered almost immediately and I really felt like she was working hard and chasing up the other parties involved to get the purchase completed. I must confess that I was not a easy client and was not in a good place with a severe fatalistic and negative attitude despite being continually reassured by Georgia.
