GoogleSold house with very tight timescales for moving through Good Move. Found Goodmove to be professional, with excellent communication all the way throughout the process. Took a lot of stress off my shoulders as they followed up with solicitors and co-ordinated with the buyer. Got the full asking price I asked for and there were no legal fees or deductions. Would recommend without any reservations.

GoogleRude staff who feed on people's bad circumstances Unfortunately I was fooled by the so called reviews and their website promises and contacted them to sell my home. Not only 'A' reduced my home price 30%-33% but shouted at me saying "your house is not worth more than that". When I pointed out that I actually have three written evaluations from a high street estate agents about how much my home is worth he said told me that "any one can be an estate agent nowadays and claim they know what they are talking about". He continued to shout at me: "answer me, your home has been in the market for 4 weeks , it's not sold , it's not worth it, do you understand this? ". Very aggressive and manipulative salesman just wanting to take my home for nothing. They certainly DON'T buy any home, rude and one more thing; be prepared when you call them to be interrogated, humiliated and belittled. May I also add that I put this review on TrustPilot, and they complained and managed to remove it. This therefore explains why they only seem to have good reviews.

Great Advice. Went online to request a call back and someone called within 10 minutes. Couldn't help as we are helptobuy but gave me some wonderful advice about selling our home in the present market, even though we knew at the beginning of the conversation that they couldn't buy our home with cash.

GoogleWas buying a house from goodmove and there was some problem with the landlord side and goodmove resolved the situation in a very professional way.
