Georgia supported us to complete the sale on our house, she was excellent, she always made herself available to take calls, she always kept us up to date on progress, the service was very professional. All appointments scheduled were extremely reliable. During viewings and surveys they provided an agent for support. They had a great relationship with their Solicitor who we also used to complete our new Purchase as well, They were well communicated and it really helped a lot, especially towards the end at exchange and completion. I decided to sell my house to Goodmove for a hassle free quick sale. OK, things took a little longer than expected, not Goodmove's fault but delays on the searches and stuff. In the end it took 8 weeks from my first email to Goodmove to completing. The money was OK, it turned out to be not much less than I could have achieved on the open market. I had a very friendly member of staff allocated (Dalia) and she has been absolutely wonderful. She kept me updated at all times, she answered all my questions very quickly. I felt well looked after. If you want a quick sale with absolutely no hassle consider Goodmove. (Goodmove paid me almost double of what webuyanyhouse offered me!)
