GoogleI had the worst experience with these people, as I agreed the deal and provided everything needed, they withdrew the agreement without any reason given- and put the property in the market again.Very disappointing and unprofessional.

GoogleReally professional from beginning to end. Josh helped me a lot and I got the money I needed quickly. Didn’t get as much as I would have if I went to an estate agent but I needed the money to pay of debts so this was the best way.

GoogleJust had an honest call with Greg who gave genuine advice. It's great to hear from a company who are clear with what they can offer but also provide advice even if it doesn't benefit them. If you want a quick sale and happy to take a reduced offer this is company for you

I have given 4 stars and not 5 because unfortunately the initial offer was retracted after the 2 impartial estate agents valuations, but an opportunity of finding an investor was then the approach taken and this was done very quickly with Georgia professionally steering the transaction via buyer, solicitors and seller to a satisfactory outcome.You have to be realistic that this route gets you a sale quickly and is obviously less than the real value you could get if you were willing to market the property and give time and patience for a sale involving bids, chains, viewings, time wasters, buyers pulling out and all various costs involved from solicitors, estate agents etc.If you have a figure that you think is acceptable for this quick turnaround of a sale and this is achieved then this is good and worth a try.If I wanted to sell quickly again without the hassle of a long drawn out process of viewings, chains and various bartering offers then I would be happy to choose this route with Georgia doing her bit on behalf of Good Move.
