My sale has just completed and the process from start to finish with goodmove has been great, with Jess and then Dalia doing an excellent job to get interest on the property and then see the sale throughAppreciate goodmove might not be the solution to everyone's property sale situation but for us it was ideal and would definitely use again in the same scenario

I must admit that I was somewhat dubious in contacting Good Move, having no idea what to expect but prepared to be "ambushed" with calls, texts etc. etc. but very happy to report, quite the reverse. In reply to my on-line enquiry I received a text to say someone would be contacting me in due course which they did. I found the ensuing conversation easy, the procedure fully explained and absolutely no pressure was put on me to take up their fair and sensible offer. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this goodmove property firm to anyone in search of a quick, hassle free sale - like me, give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Good Move were excellent in their communication throughout the process. Staff were friendly and professional at all times.The only disappointment I have is the solicitors (Sutherland and Co) that was assigned to manage our property. Their communication was minimal and at the end of the process, they made the error of transferring the completed funds to the wrong account despite this being shared at the start of the process and reinforced the day of the transfer when advised to do so. We made a complaint straightaway and was fortunately given an explanation by the MD and the issue was dealt within 10 days, though we do question why this error occurred in the first place.

GoogleExperience as a buyer and not a seller, GoodMove were seemingly on top of my purchase and acted professionally and assertively in progressing the sale of the property, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them myself in the future as the need arose. Dalia's persistence pushed my purchase over the line for sure. 10/10

Con Artists - Don't UseWas up front with their crooked operative on price, agreed a price which I was comfortable with, they dragged their heels over the process only to then bait and switch to a lower price, using an invalid excuse. My advice is find a good estate agent rather than these shysters. Looks to me like they prey on vulnerable people who are desperate.

The chain i was in collapsed so I thought I would give this company a call. They very quickly informed me of the way they value a property,it was below the open market value,which is what I was expecting. All through the enquiry they where very upfront,open and honest with absolutely no pressure whatsoever. I eventually decided ,with the information and advice,that this company provided ,that it was not the choice that suited me best at the present time. If however I decide in the future to go down this route ,I will definitely use this company.

Iv only good to say about the help iv recieved from one stand out person..and her name is georgia..if you step into this company and want somone who talks good old fashioned common sense GEORGIA is your woman,nothing has been an issue to her,when she says she is calling you she DOES..if there is anything at all you are struggling with she is the one..lol yes im biased but only because she is all i say..top help from a top woman i cant praise her enough.!!
