GoogleHorrendously difficult to get hold of. It does not matter which number you use, for the last week I have called dozens of times and they have answered twice. No exaggeration. What are these people doing? I want to view a property and twice they have gone away to find convenient times from the vendor and twice they have not bothered to even call me back. I contacted other offices and was literally told in a matter of fact, couldn't care less way that if the property is managed by one office they would not engage. Not even a quick internal call or email to the office in question. Seriously if you are a vendor look elsewhere, these cowboys will cost people sales.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Initial impressions were great but I had asked for the Fa's & Elec certs to be carried out by yourselves. 3 days prior to the tenant moving in I found out they hadn't been done. It was a very stressful 3 days.
