The sale has been quick, but only because I have been prepared to lower my anticipated price.I was originally given a price which was £11k over the final agreed sale value.Bettermove, did however, introduce the investor very quickly.

I have been with 2 very well established estate agents in the past 9 months with only three viewings between them. I was contacted by Bettermove after they had seen how long I had been up for sale. Bettermove did not market my property until the day my contract ran out with my other estate agents. Bettermove found me a buyer within 12hrs. They are brilliant. Well done. 5 stars is not enough.

Do not use this service. We were promised a sale in 2 months and corporate clients /open days / a forsale board /regular updates.we didn’t get any of these !!! Once we started to pay the fee that was it . All contact was by us . Nothing done as promised or at times stated . Use your local estate Ajent if you want to sell your home . £959 down the drain !!!
