We are very disappointed to read your negative feedback given that we have just completed the sale of your property despite all the obstacles we faced. As you are aware your ex-wife was extremely difficult to communicate with, so we struggled to get access for surveyors, tradesmen etc. She spent months deciding on whether she actually wanted to sell or not. We were fortunate to have found find a buyer that was happy to work to her timescales. Due to the lack of communication with us and your solicitor we had to get you involved to help move this forward. Most other Agents would have given up and the deal would have become aborted, but we persevered and got the deal through, albeit a few months later than we hoped due to the issues we faced.

Been fighting for my money which Better Moves owes after 6 months still no results, Customer care ignore emails and when you call them they always respond with no one is in the office. I have a clear contract and documentation to prove BetterMove owe the money and confirmation however they continue to ignore it. I have now approached the ombudsman and court to take action - stay far from these thieves

Communication is terrible I found myself having to chase things up daily.Not been kept in the loop as too what was going on with the sale. Some staff can be quite abrupt and rude. Poor at Communication via email.
