I chose this company for the differed payment option as other companies were wanting either a large, upfront payment or didn't seem bothered in selling my property. I can honestly say that the company was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the professional way that Julie Miller dealt with my sale made my experience easy and stress free. I would highly recommend using Bettermove to anyone. The dedication and hard work just goes to prove that they really can sell any property (mine was for sale with other agents for 2 and a half years!).

It was our first house sale and better move and sarah brown from the swansea office in particular were easy and quick to deal with. All questions asked were answered in a timely manner and our agent was very supportive at all stages. Our house sold within two weeks initially but unfortunately the sale fell through. The agent was quick to get the ball rolling again and it went on to sell within a few weeks after. Sarah supported us with viewings, ensuring the photos of the house were of a good standard, we would definitely recommend better move!

BEWARE!! This agent promises to sell your house and only pay commission on doing so. This is not true!!! They promise a large ‘closed list’ of investors without openly marketing the property, but somehow your property IS released on the internet with BetterMove not knowing how!!?? Only when you ring with a lack of activity do you receive a derisory offer the same day. Constant promises of very interested parties bring no results. When you try to discuss with them they turn a deaf ear and will not discuss. Then they want their commission fee anyway for withdrawing!!! DO NOT USE THIS AGENT!!

Really poor service, they were totally unavailable to answer calls and failed to give us any useful information when we did actually get through to someone. They spoke about a pool of investment buyers who would buy our property really quickly - never came to fruition, in fact we couldn't even speak to the person "handling" the investment buyers. They also managed to mess up viewing times for prospective buyers by telling them different times over email and text. The viewers that did manage to get an appointment to view the house also mentioned that is was really difficult to organise and had to call several times. We are still waiting for a formal copy of their complaints procedure......AVOID THEM!

Hi Barri,We apologise if the service you received at the time didn’t meet your expectations or the company standards. A lot has changed in the time since you were a Bettermove customer in July 2017. Since then we have been bought by another Company and are now under new ownership and management and the business has evolved considerably. Any one star reviews that you refer to are based on experiences people have had with the old company which has changed since the new owners took over in February 2019.Thats why Trust Pilot have a rule that reviews are done within 12 months of the customers experience, however your dealings with Bettermove were 3 and a half years ago.I understand you have spoken with management today and your complaint will be responded to. Bettermove has been sending me unsolicited text messages with offers to market my house. I don’t know where they got my phone number, but no way would I put my house on the market with them as a result of this.
