Absolutely recommended Bettermove. After being on the market for 6 months I moved estate agents and Julia at Bettermove put her heart and soul into selling my house. Absolutely outstanding service received from Sarah Brown and Adam at the Swansea Bettermove office. From the first call to the last I was kept updated daily with the progress of it all. Selling a property is quite a stressful process and my situation was quite a tricky one, but the service I received cancelled that out. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property. Thank you!

Sold my house within 10 days .Fair price offered for my property .No worrying about hidden costs or fees . I was really furious about trying to sell via Bettermove. In initial conversations where they offered their services, they told me they had a buyer and a whole panel of investors, but what they mean is they will list on the open market like any other estate agent. They do not have any special lists other than a mailing list and do not have any offers or buyers lined up. They did not stick to promises made on the phone, and their agents showing the property were freelancers who had never seen the property before. Out of these 'thousands of investors' I got two viewings. They also stole my previous agents photographs against copyright online which meant they put me in an uncomfortable position. I didn't give them permission to do so, warned them I was uncomfortable and although they said it was to enable us to move fast, all it meant was delay as they then had to pull all property marketing while they scrambled to get new pics of their own taken. Absolute cowboys, do not use!

All talk and no action.Full of promises without delivering. I tried to sell a property through this company and received a total of 2 viewings in as many months.I was contacted to be told of 5 interested parties and set aside a weekend to stage viewings. Bettermove staff did not manage to make contact with anyone or set up a viewing with any of them. Each time I asked for an update I was told 'we have sent them an email' I cannot tell whether this outfit are incompetent or just plain lazy.Either way, I suggest you avoid them at all costs.

Has a wee problem with another estate agent and had to take our home off the market and bettermove with julia and rory were great. Froze the hole thing thing we got sorted and a wee call put everything back on once we had got our new home sorted. Kept us upto date with viewers and job was sorted within a couple of months. Great job guy's cheers.
