The vendor I bought the house off was using this agent. Everything went well during the process. We did have an issue on completion, which was alittle upsetting. But Theo did call to discuss it with us once we had moved in and all was resolved quickly.

A massive thank you to bettermove we opted for them as they said they could guarantee a sale for us we went with bettermove on Wednesday the 6th of October and had a viewing on Friday the 8th we had 2 further bookings on the Monday and 2 on the Tuesday by Wednesday our property was sold and a deposit put down the staff were always very prompt and always kept us informed all the way through and always very friendly already things are rolling their solicitor has contacted us and hopefully we can all be sorted in a few weeks I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at bettermove that we dealt with and would highly recommend anyone to use this company best wishes and thanks

Complete scammers, if you try and sell your property with these charlatans first it will be listed on Rightmove at a much lower price than its worth which means you have now created a digital footprint showing a much lower value which you cannot undo. They claim to have investors as cash buyers; complete lies....
We are completely open and honest that we will position the price at a level that will appeal to our buyers. In fact we state this all over our website. We have over 60,000 buyers on our books, many of which are investors and pre-approved buyers. We have hundreds of reviews from sellers praising us for the speed and efficiency that we have bought their property from them or sold to one of our buyers. I’m sorry that it didn’t work out for you. At the risk of using a few cliches, I would award Bettermove 5 out of 5, or for that matter six out of five or even five hundred out of 500.A first class organisation: highly organised and capable but always approachable and in command of what's going on.Very likable individuals with patience and good humour in abundance.Will not forget their readiness to help in any way and for their patience with clients with other commitments and concerns.Unsurprisingly would recommend 100 per cent and hope I will have cause to use them again.

Please don’t use this company. They will make false promises saying they ‘have many buyers/investors lined up waiting to view your property’ when that’s simply untrue. They pressured me to break my contract with an estate agency early because they said buyers wouldn’t wait, something I’m sure the property ombudsman would have an opinion on! This was the first thing that rang alarm bells for me. In short they organised 3 viewings in 2 months. They simply do not have the client database, knowledge or expertise to do what’s required(No- I am not getting confused with another company! )

The house was not in presentable condition. The dog terribly interfered my viewing by barking very aggressively and loudly of my presence. Both inside and outside of the house including the roof are totally in the mess.
Thanks for the feedback, we will pass your comments on to the owners of the property, and ask if they can keep the dog somewhere else for future viewings. Its a little harsh to leave us a 2 star review though as we are the Agent, acting on behalf of the vendor, therefore we have no control over the condition of the property.

Waste of time going with this company. Put our house on the market with bettermove. We were hopeful of seeking our house with 2/3 weeks as advised by customer service staffPromised over 60k investors waiting for properties like ours. Was on the market for 37 days, no viewings, no phone calls no communication from bettermoveBasically just added the house at a lower price ( we did agree a sale price) to the main platforms such as rightmove and let it sit there hoping for enquiries No sign of potential investors etc...Stick with a local estate agents

A good option if you need a quick and smooth sale. You should be aware that you receive an agreed fixed price for the property and it is less than you might expect if using a conventional estate agents. However you should factor in other savings you make such as solicitors fees and estate agents commission. For us the quick sale of our second property at a time when the property market was sluggish and interest rates high allowed us pay off our mortgages and move on with our life. The process was open and transparent at all times with clear communication about timelines.

Before using Bettermove I was slightly skeptical of what they can really achieve in such a short amount of time, but they have really delivered. Julia Sillers was our main point of contact and handled everything very quickly and efficiently. The property was on the market less than a week and we have accepted an offer already at a fair price that we had already agreed.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
