All round, I've had a very positive experience with Aspen Woolf. Henal is EXCELENT, 10/10. He is always available, always polite, always professional and reliable, and most importantly gets things done. It's clear he cares greatly about his clients and the business. It's Henal's awesome attitude which will bring me back as a repeat customer.One piece of advice to future investors- the price of my property turned out to be negotiable and I managed to get more than 5% off the asking price. You should check the same for your prospects.Advice to Aspen Woolf, when I commit to a deal I want to feel like I am getting the best possible price. Upon concluding my current deal, I was left wondering if I would have gotten an even better price had I negotiated harder. If you present investors the minimum price instead for an investment rather than a slightly inflated desired price, it will become more like a transaction and less like a negotiation. That would give investors like me confidence they are always getting the best possible price.

Henal from first to last provided excellent service: this was my first venture into buying property 'off plan' and Henal was reassuring, provided information in a timely manner, and (it seemed to me) had my interests at heart, even at 630 in the morning, when I occasionally had an update. It was good to be able to migrate from email to Whatsapp - and Henal's messages were supportive, informed and professional. Really, I can't imagine being taken through the process of purchase in a better way.

I never heard about this company and learnt about their services through a friend. He proposed putting me through to sales manager. I thought will take few days before someone will contact me. Next day, Henal contacted by phone and kept following up in a professional way to answer all my inquiries. I don't recall waiting for more than 30 min for any answer even if it was 11 pm on Saturday or Sunday. HENAL truly a sales manager who takes a mile ahead to assist his clients. Initially was interested to learn about the project but ended up buying a property and targetting another one in few months, only through Henal.

David made my first venture into property investment a very straightforward and enjoyable experience. Unsolicited adverts from Aspen Woolf's advertising partner

A few months ago I started receiving E-mail adverts for investment properties in places such as Leeds and Liverpool. I had not signed up for these adverts and they appeared to be in breach of the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 section 22 which bans unsolicited adverts via E-mail.After several more arrived I filled in the form on the advertised web page to see who answered. It was a representative from Aspen Woolf who responded, and I verified that the advertised properties were also present on Aspen Woolf's web pages.From then on whenever one of the adverts arrived I sent complaints to both Aspen Woolf's representative and their main E-mail contact address, and also to the advert sender. These were all ignored so I phoned Aspen Woolf to ask for the adverts to stop, but they claimed to have no knowledge of them. The adverts continued and I verified that Aspen Woolf still responded when I filled in the advertised web page form. The adverts only stopped after my original Trustpilot review. Aspen Woolf then explained that the E-mails were coming from their Romanian "advertising partner". No explanation was given for the ignored complaints.My bad review is *not* because Aspen Woolf were sending the adverts as I do believe them when they say the E-mails were sent by their partner company. My complaint is that Aspen Woolf ignored all communication and continued to purchase leads from the partner *after* being informed as to how those leads were obtained. I would not recommend doing business with a company who ignores complaints, and who knowingly uses offshore partners whose adverts appear to be in breach of UK laws.All of the above is both true and provable. Aspen Woolf have complained about my review four times now, forcing rephrasing of different statement each time. I do not believe that their complaints were valid.

Gareth Jones - Best estate agent i come across

Gareth Jones is one of the best estate agent that I have come across (I have many dealings with different agents in the past). I bought a flat off him in City Centre Liverpool but all the parking spaces sold out. Since then he had tried very hard to find a parking space nearby, keep sending information on the matter. Then luckily a flat with parking space come back onto the market in the same development, and he managed to secure me that 1 and only parking space (without buying the flat that is came back onto the market). It was only due to his continue effort and professionalism that I am now a happy owner of a flat and a on site parking space.

Very disappointed!

I am very disappointed with the outcome of the investment that I purchased through Aspen Woolf. I purchased 2 units at the Kingfisher Court student accomodation in Huddesfield.Mederco is the developer who promised guaranteed rental payments for 5 years at 9% return on investment.The 4th quarter payment that was due on March 30th, 2018 remains unpaid despite multiple reminders by at least 30 investors. All that we have been getting are repeated empty promises and delaying tactics. It is evident that their plan is to reinvest our money to build other projects at zero interest!I will never ever invest in any property developed by Mederco or promoted by Aspen Woolf. I have learnt my lesson the hard way. You don’t have to.

l purchased a Unit in Kingfisher Court

l purchased a Unit in Kingfisher Court, Huddersfield which advertised a guaranteed student rental income for 5 years. This has not been a success. Until very recently I had received payments only up to August 2017. After considerable time and energy, (they are never there when you ring, do not answer the phone and do not ring back) I received another payment which took me up to the end of November - since then nothing. Once Aspen Woolf have sold the Units they pass the responsibility of the rental return on to a third or even fourth party, but the initial interest was obviously via their promise of the guaranteed return. Numerous rumours abound regarding the shortcomings of Kingfisher Court, but nothing is ever clarified. When I rang Huddersfield University itself inquiring about student accommodation they said they did not recommend Kingfisher Court. It is not an experience I would recommend.

When I first made enquires with a couple of property agents, Mason was the first to take the trouble to call me up within hrs. even when I"m from oversea. He was quick, direct & honest to my needs. Thereafter my booking of a unit, Anisha takes over the purchasing process & everything went on very smoothly.
