GoogleHarassed and co-erced into buying a property they knew as a first time buyer it would be impossible for me to get a mortgage. I put down 25%, ended up having to put down over 44% and borrow money from my parents otherwise I risked losing my life savings. They never disclosed the construction of the building, other buyers lost their life savings as they had to pull out of purchasing from them. I asked over 10 times regarding a mortgage in principle and was told I shouldn’t get one.. I was then told that I should have got one so I knew the rate would be 8% plus. Horrible company, horrible ethics, avoid avoid avoid.
My mother had a heart attack and had to lend me money to even get this purchase through. They don’t care, the salesman ONLY care about their commission and the property should never have been sold to a first time buyer.

GoogleHad 20 phone calls of the exact same conversation within a week. One guy called me 20 minutes ago and a different one just called me again. Absolutely terrible record keeping especially if I already have the information I need from the very first phone call a week ago. Reduced my confidence in this company down to nothing.
